Pleasant Run A/C and Heat provided excellent service with affordable prices. The tech came out and repaired our system and gave us future options for replacement of our entire system. Our A/C was 23 years old and had multiple issues over the years and replacement was too expensive. After talking with Forrest he refunded the recent repairs we had for cooling service call a few weeks ago and for heating service call we had three years ago. That money was put towards a new system and we are satisfied. Highly recommend Pleasant Run A/C and Heat for repairs, maintenance, service and new systems. Very reasonable, affordable and professional.

Forrest at Pleasant Run A/C and Heating was great and would use him again. He not only came out on a Sunday he was punctual and provided excellent service. He also recommended I replace my unit but did not give me grief about it. I appreciate his knowledge and recommendation about my current unit and got me up and running with air. I give 5+ starts. I called in to get a repair and and I don't think the job was done my heater is still not working right it has actually dropped in temperature, but did give a refund .

Good service, after several calls and no shows from "our AC guy" we decided to call Pleasant Run A/c after a recommendation we received from next door neighborhood app. Mr Forest showed up on time and investigated the issue with my unit. Unfortunately, my AC unit needed replacement, Mr Forest was able to recommend adequate replacement at a great price based on several quotes I received.

I am a hard person to please, but Forrest with Pleasant Run A/C & Heat, LLC far exceeded my expectations on today! During one of the hottest weeks of this year, my air conditioning stopped cooling. Frantically, I searched for an HVAC professional online after being told by several others who'd been referred, that it would take at least a week to come check things out. Pleasant Run A/C & Heat, LLC was the first company to pop up for my area. I normally choose to do business based off of reviews. So, after seeing the rating and reading the reviews, I was confident that he could get the job done! He communicated with me a couple of times the day before, called the morning of to confirm the time, and then showed up 10 minutes early on the day of the appointment!!! It took him less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and less than 30 minutes to install the new part and fix the issue. Just like that, voila!! The A/C was blowing out artic air!!! What impressed me even more was that he took the time to educate me on other things including future maintenance and even provided information on how to order air filters for future replacement. Forrest was extremely professional, courteous, and kind! He has a passion for what he does and it shows! Let us not forget that today is Father's Day and Forrest, who happens to be a father himself, is out working hard, ensuring that customers such as myself, are cool and comfortable during this hot season. Although I desire to not have any A/C and heating issues ever, Pleaseant Run A/C & Heat, LLC most definitely has me as a customer for life!!

We've utilized the Services of Pleasant Run A/C & Heat on two occasions. First. Our Fan Motor failed us during the heat of summer in July one year. Mr. Williams came out, diagnosed the issue and replaced the fan motor at 8:30PM. (Pitch dark, with a flashlight, but he got the job done) at a fraction of the cost that other companies were charging.

Second time, my interior AC Unit stopped working. Mr. Williams provided the same level of speedy, reliable service. We've had no issues with our unit since.. I have recommended, and would recommend, his company 10 times out of 10. No questions.

Forrest serviced my system and fixed the drainage in the attic. He responded promptly to my call, showed up on time and is clearly a professional! My unit is running smoothly and I highly recommended this company! I will definitely use them again.👍🏾

Mr. Forrest showed up on time at my house as promised. He checked both my a/c units in the attic and on the outside in a professional manner. He diagnosed the issue I had with my outside unit as being low on freon. He recharged the unit and then gave me future recommendations for both the upstairs and outside units. He was very reasonable with respect to the fees he charge me for this service compared to other a/c contractors I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely use Pleasant Run A/C & Heating in the future if I have any a/c problems.

I have used Pleasant Run A/C & Heating for the past few years for annual maintenance services. Forrest is always very courteous, responsive and prompt. He is very knowledgable and professional. I highly recommend his services.

What I liked best about Mr. William's is how he treated us. He charged us $69.00 for inspecting our a/c and checked the condition of the compressor and recommended we consider replacing. There was no hard sale just that we should think about it. I fully expected for him to start listing everything that was wrong and how much it would cost. This did not happen.He did say that he had a service plan available but did not push it. While he was explaining this our smoke detector and of his own accord offered to take a look at it. He even went to the trouble of reaching up and removingg it and took the battery out. That was a hassle even for him. Turned out the battery needed replacing. He recommended we contact the Desoto Fire Department to take a look at our detectors. He did this without charging is for this. Because of my health issues this was a very big deal. He is very personable and easy to talk with and listens. I feel he charged us a very reasonable price especially for all the services he provided. I am recommending for anyone who is looking for an excellent a/c professional to call him.
