Best AC guys out there. Punctual, reasonably priced, and HONEST. The owner was my first encounter. He fixed a leak, but it was still leaking a few days later. Came out at 9pm. Didn't charge me any sort of fee for being on a weekend evening. I had to FORCE him to take money after he rebuilt my drain pipe system on my furnace, because he said he should have caught the problem the first time. That is true integrity. As long as they keep up this level of service, I will never use anyone else.

I read the reviews about this company before calling and thought wow they are really impressive!!! And then the same thing happened to me!!! I was impressed beyond belief!
1. A real person answered the phone!
2. A time was scheduled for the same day!
3. I was texted several times about my appointment and that someone was on the way!
4. The Professional Technician was on time and understood the problem right away!
5. Problem was fixed in under in under 10 min but he spent an hour confirming and making sure unit was 100%!
I really appreciate Top Gun and I am a first time customer.

Grant & Stewert came to take out old unit, install new A/C & made sure all was as it was supposed to be for codes. Very polite, respectful , & friendly. I'll use them again. Thanks for your efficiency, thoroughness, & for being hard working young men.

I recently bought a rental property in Texas. Seeing the investment opportunity, with all of the people moving there to escape California's gross cost of living. Figuring I would capitalize on that, what I didn't figure on was my home inspector COMPLETELY dropping the ball and not letting me know how mad the hvac system was.

My tenant called and let me know that the ac system was broken. I selected Top Gun Heating and Air because of their awesome Google & Yelp reviews. We scheduled a service call for what I felt was a plenty reasonable price to have a contractor show up at my home and give us solutions.
They showed up, a cpl of hours later, on time as promised. The technician found the problem and got my tenant going (awesome!) But he didn't stop there! He went over he entire system. Took a bunch of photos and then went out of his way to explain that while yes, it was back running, it really needed replaced. Since I'm way in South Florida, I said please put something together and get back with me via email/phone. Which they did!
After explaining everything at length, and truly seeing the condition of my a.c. systems I opted to replace EVERYTHING, as recommended. It's a rental several states away. I don't have time to worry about if the a.c. is in good shape... They scheduled the job for the following week, and installed a brand new ac, all new ductwork, the whole thing. Process was seamless and they kept me informed with photos etc. And sent me all paperwork when it was done.
Now I have a new system, the tenants say the house is so much more comfortable, and even smells better. Most importantly, I know that Top Gun has my back and I don't have to worry about anything as far as my a.c. and heating needs are concerned which is awesome, being an out of state property owner. During the extremely cold winter weather, our heating system was not working properly. We called and even with all the other jobs they were doing, they came over and fixed our heat quickly! Have had Top Gun come out to our house several times now. Every single time has been a pain free experience. It's hard to find trustworthy repair people and I've had zero issue with Top Gun with going on 3 of their technicians. Highly recommend.

Kyle just left. He was efficient and professional. He corrected a couple of items, and found one of my compressors had a freon leak. When I told him we have a home warranty company, he suggested I call them, and if they gave me any problems to give him a call to see if he could help! Great job.. we will be using them again!

I called Top Gun and received nothing but exceptional service. They were able to come right away at the end of a business day. Austin, the technician that was onsite, as well as the owner on the phone both took the time to help explain my issues and the repair that was needed. I feel like I was treated more than fair and we will be repeat customers.

Came out next day after call. Fixed the plumbing strap and re-leveled my air box. Was very quick, no extra charge for anything. Gave me the most fair quote on a new air box I've gotten yet.

Opted to go with them for a new air handler. Quick response, best price, good quality, professional service.
