I'm completely satisfied with Jonathan Riddle fixing our A/C system. It shut down yesterday afternoon for some reasons, and today on Sunday, Jonathan came over and found the solution. He fixed the old part of electricity connected to A/C unit then its back on. Yaya!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. He's very honest answering questions and explained how things worked. Definitely counting on TOP GUN for future services. I'm So Happy to have cooling back on since its nearly 100 degree on June 11th. Top Gun takes care of it to make sure consumers get the cooling in working order.

Awesome company! They replaced one of our two HVAC systems last year, and they did a great job for a fair price and provided excellent service. We now have our annual maintenance plan with them as well.

These guys are the best. They came to give us a quote and there was no pressure to agree to them doing the work and encourage us to get other estimates. We did choose them to replace our unit. They were on time friendly and very professional. If you are looking for a quality company that has great customer service then this is the company for you.

Had top gun do spring service. Live in condo and ac on roof. They said ac leaking freon. They checked my neighbors ac, not mine. Turned my ac on, and they still checked wrong unit. Neighbors unit needs to be replaced not mine.

Our AC hasn't been cooling well and our bills have sky rocketed so we called Top Gun because of their 5-star rating across the board. Jonathan Riddle came out within a few hours. He was very courteous, patient and professional. Our house was cooling off in no time. We had an estimate for a new system by the end of the day, which is very reasonable. We will definitely be giving this company our business for any future heating/ac needs. Thank you, Jonathan, for being prompt, professional and awesome!

In the dead of a very hot Texas summer our very old AC unit started to blow hot air about a month before we were due to leave for an international trip (AGGHHH!!!). Jon, who is extremely knowledgeable, offered solutions without any "sales pressure"; Jon walked me through the risks/benefits/costs and let me decide. I opted for the cheaper option (being the "cheap skate" I am) and had him seal the leak in the line and recharge the refrigerant. He warned me that this may not work because our unit was so old... he was right 🙁.

So when the system failed the cheap approach, I called Jon back to do the full new unit install. Jon worked fast as we were on a time crunch to get out of town, but he was very thorough. He explained everything at the end of the install, which I like because I want to know what I'm getting for my money. You can see he takes pride in his craftsmanship (our unit now makes the other look sad), and he even helped me troubleshoot my new Nest thermostat. Overall, I am VERY pleased with our system now (super cold and our bill is even lower. Yay, efficiency!). And the service...HONEST, GREAT PRICE, TOP NOTCH!! Will definitely be calling if I ever need anything in the future.

Top Gun is fantastic. I was having issues with my heater not working. They came out within the hour and had me up and ruining in no time, very professional and will be using them again. Took the time to adjust my nest settings as well to make sure previous company had set it up correctly.
