Had leak from AC. Austin add part that was missing from my machine. I was so happy I signed up for service contract. My original company who I had contract Angel AC told me 25 weeks. Top Gun came out same day.

Kyle, Jon, and the whole Top Gun team are the best! My problem was quickly diagnosed, and they were able to complete the work sooner than I anticipated. Everyone was so courteous, caring, knowledgeable and professional. They made me a customer for life, and I won't hesitate to recommend them to others. Super company! Super group of guys! They really are the best!

Top Gun is the ONLY HVAC company that is confident enough to provide an install estimate online based on simple questions and then not only stick to that estimate once they came out for a look, but even lowered it when a competitor was close. Even though I learned the competitor was cheating me to try and match the Top Gun price. Other competitors kept trying to switch me on units. Sure, at a lower price, but also at lower quality. Which told me others couldn’t or wouldn’t even match the Top Gun price for the same unit. And there was no bait and switch later. Top Gun sent me 3 estimates based on performance estimates and I selected the one I thought was right for us without any pressure to bump up a notch.

Every good sale starts with a good salesman. And Kyle is simply a guy you can’t help but like; answering all questions , showing problem areas and providing written estimate options on site. From that initial meeting, John takes over from the office answering any and every question and making sure you understand how the particular units work and explaining price discrepancies between the options. So, support this veteran run business. They show up on time. They do the work quickly and they will do what they say they’re going to do with no hidden tricks, gimmicks, or surprises.

Jon and the Top Gun crew were professional and communicative from start to finish. They provided numerous options to address my failing ac system and I went with a replacement. No pressure tactics. They were able to do installation within days. I highly recommend them.

I NEVER leave Google reviews. That being said, these guys are amazing! They came out within an hour of me calling them, explained everything to me and fixed it. I'll never use another company for this service again. By far the best company I've ever done business with. Austin was my tech, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me, being a first time homeowner, and walked me through the entire repair. Great company!

Best service in the business. Very quick to respond, came out within 24hrs, and arrived right at the scheduled time.This was our second time using Top Gun and both were great experiences. Kyle H. is excellent. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

A little more detail on our recent experience. About 8pm we noticed the AC wasn’t working. At 9pm I sent an email request asking Top Gun to come out ASAP the next day. I received a text response within 30min confirming they’d be out first thing in the morning, and they did. Got here at 8am and were finished with their work by 8:30am. (They do offer 24hr emergency service but I did not request that, I just asked that they come first thing the next morning. Luckily this was in March and not July so it was too urgent. However, had I asked I am confident these guys would have handled it that same night). Very impressed.

Kyle from Top Gun Heating and Air did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s the middle of summer and he was able to come out and fix my problem the same day. I’ve used other companies and have never had close to the same experience. I was very happy and will only be using Top Gun for all my heating and air needs.

The customer service was spectacular! We had a bit of a bumpy start on our service, but through it all we were very pleased with the treatment we received and the end results. Jon made sure everything was done to the highest standard and that no stone was left unturned. If a new problem arose (which happened a couple of times!) he would roll with the punches and make sure we were all happy and on the same page. Satisfaction is definitely a guarantee with TopGun Heating and Air. I think we met almost the entire team and we didn’t have a single bad experience with any employee. Kindness and customer service was very important to each member of the TopGun team, and we felt like we were a priority. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

These guys were the best! Called around to six different companies at 8 pm at night, some answered some didn't, the ones that did were charging premium rates just to come out and look at our air conditioner. We finally reached Top Gun Air and spoke with Jon (an actually human voice, instead of a recording) he came out within an hour and provided a thorough diagnostic of our system. He was friendly, professional, and helped us understand what was going on. We so appreciated the effort he took to walk us through the problem, and explain everything. In the end we made the choice to replace our outdoor unit, they came and installed the very next day, and it's been working great ever since. Even our electric bill is lower this month!! 🙌🏻 And it's the middle of a heat wave here. We are very happy with our experience with Top Gun Air, they provided a great service! And at a fair price!! Over companies quoted us over $8,000 for the same equipment and service. Highly recommend, I've already told everyone I know to call these guys if you need A/C repair.

Couldn’t be happier with the service these gentlemen provided us. They installed a new unit for us quickly, professionally and promptly. They didn’t leave until we had nice iced cold air blowing again. They have great pricing, and Jon was very honest with us about our needs and more over what we didn’t need.
