Jon and Top Gun did a complete replacement of a two zone system in my 30 year old house. He and his crew did a top-notch job from the jump and they did it fast. He gave me a no-nonsense estimate outlining all options then explained why he and his team would do the job the right way for a fair price with high-quality equipment and state-of-the-art installation techniques. He was patient and responsive throughout the process, his attention to detail was outstanding, and he clearly cares that he and his crew do the job as well as it can be done.

I looked up reviews on local AC companies and found Top Gun Air with amazing feedback everywhere I looked...and after seeing Jon's work ethic and how polite and kind he was I can see why. I called to see if he could service my AC and he was out the next day. He showed up on time and was very kind. I have two kids who are instant best friends with everyone who walks through the door and he was very kind with them. He was very thorough and cleaned up my system and added some freon which made my system work even better. I was very happy with the service and will use Top Gun Air for my AC needs from now on.

Extremely pleased with the service provider by Top Gun. Had AC unit fail yesterday. Call at 8am. Prolly made appointment for mid-afternoon. Immediately received email confirmation. Top Gun technician was on time. Quickly went work to resolve the problem He was courteous, professional, personable. Have me a firm procedure efficiently cleaned unit and replaced part. Unit now working great.

I priced 3 other companies with the same and other brands. Jon was very thorough in explaining their products and their functions. I've used countless HVAC companies to work on our AC and furnace over the past 5 years. I'm glad I discovered Top Gun. This is the only local company I'll continue to use and recommend. They're prices are good, a little higher than some "cheaper" companies I've dealt with. But, what you pay a little extra for includes prompt communication, tight service windows, and expert employees. They've never dissapointed.

I submitted a request online before they opened and within 30 minutes I got a call. They scheduled me for the same afternoon and before Kyle left, I was no longer sweating sitting in my house! Just bought my house and the previous owners installed a split unit in the sunroom. It kept freezing up on me, he was able to find the problem and fix it and I'm very grateful. I will definitely be calling again for any future needs.

The best, most honest, and knowledgeable HVAC service I’ve ever had. Every other company only would emphasize everything that was wrong with my HVAC system and try to sell me a new one. Kyle took the time to thoroughly inspect and make the repairs and adjustments that it needed including cleaning the ionization filtration system and educating me along the way. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance program. I highly recommend!
