John arrived on time to provide an estimate with 3 options. He worked with me to get my AC condenser replaced first and I can get the Air Handler replaced later. He was warm, pleasant and professional. He and Kyle returned this afternoon to install the AC. Job well done and an overall great experience.

AC was out upstairs and my regular HVAC was out of town. I called at 11AM and Kyle said he could come at 3PM same day.
He did a most thorough job, using his plumbing skills to blow out the drain clog. Super integrity.

I was very impressed with Top Gun. I shopped a couple of other bigger companies and compared their prices to Top Guns upfront cost on the internet. Top Gun was not only cheaper by $2,000 to $3,000 than my other two bids, but they were the only company to go in the attic and check my ductwork to make sure my new high efficiency HVAC system wasn't wasted due to poor ductwork. The installation crew was fast and did an incredible job. My HVAC system looks and feels incredible. I feel ready for Texas summers!

Austin was awesome. Very friendly. He performed the required maintenance on my HVAC and let me know everything was in working. He noted my fan motor was caked up with dust and mold, so I had him clean that as well to get everything back to new. I am very pleased with his service and will be using Top Gun again!

I’ve used Top Gun Heating and Air a few times over the years. After having a unit go out with a 3 week old in the house, I called one of the companies you hear on the radio. After being quoted an enormous price and told it would be an additional 4 days until they could install a new unit, I tried Top Gun. Not only was their price 50% cheaper for the same unit, they also could perform the task the next day.

My other experiences were for much smaller issues, but they have been just as great with excellent service and price. Although HVAC issues are a pain, Top Gun makes it much easier to deal with.

Top Gun has done a great job for our company’s HVAC needs. They are very responsive, honest, fair, and reasonable. They have worked within our budget constraints to help us get the most out of our existing equipment, and to replace our non-repairable units for a very competitive price. Their repairs and installations are done professionally and quickly – they always make sure the job is completed and we are happy. I highly recommend them for commercial or residential heating and cooling needs.

Quick response time and quality work! Jon was fantastic from the first phone call to doing the repair. We have an older system so I always worry it will need to be replaced but Jon was able to identify and fix the problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use Top Gun in the future!

Kylen just left my home after repairing my leaking AC unit. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and did a great job after several contractors said couldn't be fixed.

Kyle came out at 8:30 on Friday night and resolved a leak from the AC unit which could have been very damaging. These guys are the best. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and do great work.

After a hot couple of days and some frustrating news from another company, I happened to have Top-Gun’s number so I gave them a call. Jon answered decently late into the evening and squeezed a visit in the next morning (today). After reviewing our system he noted that he could repair the issue for a little more than half of what the other company quoted me. He also pushed me in the direction of repair versus get new-something I don’t think many folks do now days. Jon spent a good portion of his day getting us back into a cool home. I really appreciated his passion for the industry, honesty, and hard work in treating a customer the right way. We’ll be using Jon and his team for all our future needs. Thanks guys!
