TOP GUN Heating and air is one of the BEST heating and air company in Texas. They did an excellent job at installing a new AC unit at my house. As they were working a small problem did happen, but they were super quick to react to the problem. They know how to handle different situations that might happen and might not happen. I would highly recommend TOP GUN for any heating, air, or anything else involved in that category for maintenance or installation. 👍👌

We had a competor come out who informed us the condenser was shot and we would need a new system. I immediately called Top Gun for a second opinion. They fit me in the next day, gave me notification when they were in route, and were extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Kyle was able to identify the issue and had cool air running in no time. He took the extra time to provide useful tips to increase overall airflow and efficiency.
We greatly appreciate them taking the time to assess the actual issue and not immediately push a new system on us. They will be our first and only call when the time comes for all future work and maintenance.

Top Gun Air was professional,timely and affordable. One company told my mom she needed everything replaced. Top Gun Air was able to just replace the outside unit and repair the attic unit.

Top Gun installed our A/C and heating system as well as replaced / added ducts and vents two years ago and came out yesterday to do a system checkup. They were on time, very courteous and friendly and did great work both times. They kept in contact regarding when the tech would be out. I would highly recommend them.

Kylen arrived same-day for emergency diagnostic and service - initially scheduled at 3pm, but was able to come at 11:45am, just 2 hours after making the request. Kylen was prompt, professional, attentive, and very patient while my dog pestered him during his visit.
Unfortunately, he discovered that our a/c had been inadequately maintained: several gallons of water had pooled inside the attic unit and drip pan, and brought along plenty of mold, bacteria and damage to critical components. Additionally, shoddy workmanship from a previous repair or install were brought to my attention as he discovered a capacitor inside the unit chassis - entirely unmounted, and wired to the unit while STILL IN THE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING! The capacitor was literally floating in moldy water at the base of the chassis... The scope of service could not be completed in one day, and a full unit replacement has been advised.

By his analysis, the damage had begun for some time prior to our move in last year (we are in a rental home), and he insisted that we assert to our LL that the cost of repairs should not be our responsibility, especially given the pervasive health hazard that we have now been living with unknowingly. Although we do not have the issue resolved, I have faith in Kylen's judgment and expertise, and greatly appreciate the honesty and genuine concern for our livelihood while we deal with this matter. I expected a questionably aggressive "urgency/pain point sales pitch" experience, as is often the standard for contractor work, but it was everything but. Just honest intention and assessment. If this were my home AND my financial responsibility, I would gladly give the work to Kylen and Top Gun, but I will be insisting our LL use them when the time comes. I will absolutely keep Top Gun at the top of my list when we move on to our next home, and would suggest anyone else to enlist them for their needs if they are shopping for quotes and/or tired of the typical fly-by-night contractors they typically employ.

Excellent all around experience in solving my problem. Tech found the issue (gas leak in flex line) immediately which another company couldn’t detect. I have terrible luck in finding good dependable and fair priced contracting service providers. Glad to have found Top Gun and will be using them from now on as well as recommending to anyone looking for service.

Top Gun is very trustworthy and they do an excellent job. We had our AC go out at 5pm and they were at our house by 6pm. Kylen did a great job diagnosing the issue and explaining the details. They were much more affordable than I expected and were very accommodating. Highly recommended!
