Priority AC & Heat

My AC isn’t even three years old and wasn’t functioning properly. I gave them a call and they were prepared to come right out. I opted for a next morning service though. Mike came out and pin pointed the problem in no time. My AC was blowing colder than ever in less than an hour. The issue was resolved and was a very professional level of service. I’d recommend them to anyone. Great job and I’ll be using them in the future if necessary.

I highly recommend these folks. It was not your standard experience when dealing with A/C or contractor type individuals. They genuinely expected and worked to fix the issue, without trying to up sell at every opportunity. I actually requested some estimates for future work I know we need done and they had rough ball park figures for me before they even left, no waiting.
Their appointment and technician tracking and customer notification system is supreme.
I really like this company. They definitely are on the right path.

I had an a/c issue in my new home. Jacob was there within the hour and diagnosed the issue and had the repair done the next day. He kept me informed the entire time and had the job done faster than we thought because the warranty company claimed it would take 3-5 days. Jacob worked for me and made it happen!
A few months later, I had another issue and called him on the phone. Jacob was able to talk me through a relatively minor issue (since I didn’t know what I was doing) and helped me fix the issue. They genuinely care about their customers and do things the right way. I don’t typically leave reviews but Priority is truly customer-focused and honest. In the a/c business, that can be hard to find. Highly recommend.

Great and friendly service. They were a blessing and a life saver. I own a small event hall, my ac went out the morning of one of my events. They had someone out within 2 hours on a Friday and fixed my ac with time left to cool down the hall before the event. I’m very satisfied snd will be using them for all AC needs.

I noticed my A/C was not cooling when we woke up so we called Jacob. Within a couple hours they were at my house working on it. The issue was quickly discovered and my system was back up and running in no time. I would and will use them again for any HVAC issues that will inevitably arise. They don’t try to push parts that are not needed like other shady big businesses that I’ve dealt with before. I highly recommend Priority AC & Heat!

They are Amazing! The service was very prompt! Wayne was super informative and sweet!! Thanks again guys.....I'm telling everyone!!!!! That response was first time service. Next time they came out Mike helped me, very informative, polite and professional. I decided to get a new AC. The techs came out on Sunday installed a new AC and they were all Amazing!!!! They also have financing available. Seriously, such a comforting experience to know there are good people in the world. Thanks again Jacob!!!

I have called Priority AC & Heating three times in the past before having my unit replaced. Every time very satisfied with response, service, and follow up. I have received service from 2 service technicians and one installation crew. Always a great job done. Will continue using them in the future and recommending them to all my friends and neighbors. After I told Jacob that I wanted a new unit, he inspected everything and said my heater was in good condition saving me a lot of money. I believe he is very knowledgeable in his field.
