Priority AC & Heat

Amazing service and a great, informative, trusting gentleman!! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know! First time buying a house and he did an amazing job. I will be using this company for all my AC & Heating needs for our new home now and all future needs. I'm even sending his name and number to all my family and friends!

Jacob arrived on time and with a bit of diligent work he was able to find the problem that 2 other contractors were not able to diagnose. Knowledgeable, kind and pricing was fair for what he was able to finally fix! Would definitely recommend and will be my go to A/C contractor in the future.

After 21 years our AC/Heat unit went out and couldn’t be repaired.
We got three estimates for the replace and Priority air was the most competitive price and seemed the most qualified .
The unit was replaced in a timely manner which was greatly appreciated because it was during the hottest days of summer.

While the unit was being installed we decided to make some changes in the ductwork which we had failed to ask about during the estimate process. The additional work was very reasonably priced . We would recommend priority air to anyone considering installing a new AC heat unit.

I found myself dealing with an AC problem while housesitting for a family member. It was in the evening and I was not familiar with AC companies in the area. I called Priority AC & Heat due to their 5 star rating on Google and was not disappointed with that decision. Jacob, the service tech, arrived promptly. Cant say enough about PAC&H! Jake and Dan showed up early ( thank goodness), did a thorough check of our unit, and explained what was wrong and what our options were. They were up front about everything and super understanding of our current situation ( lots of repairs going on). They got our system up and running and provided info for when we are ready to get a new one. We have dealt with several AC companies over the years but PAC&H is top notch and the only company we will ever use from now on!

They did an entire new system for me after Harvey. New duct work new everything. They took really good care of us and even helped me get a rebate. I will never use another company again. Great price great work great people.

We called on thanksgiving with a house full of family and a heater that wasn’t coming on, approximately 4 hours later Mike had us warm and cozy and back to family time! VERY fair pricing and outstanding customer service, we have our ac people for life.
