Priority AC & Heat

This experience was awesome. I called at 2pm there was someone at my house by 230pm. After trouble shooting myself for days Shannon was very helpful and personable. He answered all my questions and explained things as he went. I would most definitely recommend using them. I will continue to use them in the future.

Jacob was the repairman who came and fixed our AC unit today. He was here exactly at the time stated, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and made sure that he conveyed to us what the issues were and the solutions available. Once we decided on the solution for us, he got to work and in no time at all had the AC up and running, and the house cooling down. I would strongly recommend if you have any AC or heating problems to give these guys a call, you will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience! We needed our evaporator coil replaced and they were able to get it done very quickly. They were able to make sure the part was covered by the warranty and made the process easy for us. I definitely recommend them for all your AC/Heat needs

When I realized our AC wasn't working properly I reached out to Priority the next morning. They had availability within the next couple hours and were right on time. Jose did a great job assessing the issue and explained what was wrong. He completed the repair and we were up and running in no time. He was very polite & professional. Price was VERY reasonable and actually less than what I was anticipating. Thank you Priority for be amazing. Will definitely be using again when needed and spreading the word.

Very positive experience, the team arrived on time and stayed on the job until the job was complete. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I appreciated that I could ask all sorts of questions and received answers with positive attitudes. Before they left, they made sure I understood how to operate and maintain the new system. Also before they left, they did a through cleanup. Will hire again in the future.

Friday night A/C crisis put us in panic mode. Luckily we chose to call Priority and they came in within the hour. Super professional, polite, friendly, informative, clean and efficient. We are now cool again and they saved our day for sure. Will definitely use them for maintenance (hopefully never for another emergency...).

My upstairs A/C unit went out early morning and I called Priority A/C and Heating. They made my situation their priority. I called them at 10am they were at my home that afternoon around 1pm and had my upstairs unit back running in about 30 minutes. They replaced the issue and added a compressor booster. Appreciate them for fitting me into their busy schedule.

Priority AC & Heat was the best choice that I’ve made regarding the new installation of my central air system. I’ve spoken to Jacob and can wholeheartedly say that this guy is a professional, he’s knowledgeable, was quick to answer my questions and address all the concerns that I’ve had. On top of that, he was genuinely a nice guy and I can see that he and his company takes pride in doing a good job. The folks that completed my installation were all very professional which I appreciated very much. Another reason why I was so impressed by their work was due to the timeline that was given to me and when the job would be completed. They actually finished ahead of schedule. I mean, come on, if that isn’t great, than what is? I’ve already recommended this company to all my friends and family. I never write reviews for any company but was compelled to do so for Jacob and Priority AC & Heat. I want to support small businesses and feel happy that I could do so by supporting Priority AC & Heat. They just earned themselves a life long customer.

Mike was very knowledgeable and detailed regarding the issues plaguing my ac unit. Timely professional services. Mike also went the extra mile and ensured the outside unit was working as well. Upon completion, Mike explained what repairs were done and ensured the best customer service possible! I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing issues with their AC unit.

Mike is our technician. He is on time, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all the questions I had very patiently. The amazing part was this company even called me and followed up two days later to see how’s my AC doing. We used quite a bit of AC companies in the past. This company is the first company does follow up. I highly recommend this company, especially Mike. I will use this company from now on!
