Priority AC & Heat

I called them around 1pm and was told the tech would be here around 2-4 (same day). Around 5pm I receive a phone call that the tech never got the ticket and they apologized etc, but they said another tech had just gotten in his van and was on his way over. Matt (the tech) came, was knowledgeable and respectful and was able to install a new thermostat while he was here. We were very grateful for them, their communication when they couldn’t be here on time, and will never call anyone else again! We’re very happy with service.

Jacob was a pleasure. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and sincere. I would trust him with my HVAC systems anytime.

First met Mike with Priority in Sept 2021 at my last house when the original tech I called, from a different company, miswired a capacitor he installed and didn't come back to fix it. Upon calling Priority, Mike arrived and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

Called him again in Jan 2023 because my furnace wasn't working and he came and inspected and did maintenance on the ignitor and rest of the system. Got the system working again and was honest that no replacement parts were needed. Great, timely service. Highly recommend.

I never have to worry about my equipment functioning well because they do a great job at maintaining our equipment. They are very professional and have great communication about appointments and arrival times.

Called after holiday weekend, unit is still not heating. Within a couple of hours Matt was back at my home. He was still very polite, courteous, and professional. Matt had to install a new thermostat. I must say I felt the $216.00 cost of the thermostat was extremely expensive. Other than that, service was great.

Communication is the key to any relationship, personal, business etc. The 2 young men were professional and kept me informed of the work needed and when leaving to purchase a part. The price was a lot less than expected.
