Priority AC & Heat

Jose came out this morning and did a stellar job! He gave me a 30 min courtesy call, arrived during the scheduled window, and was very friendly and professional. He walked me through all the steps of AC maintenance and provided me with feedback along the way. I even signed up for their twice a year maintenance program! This is our second time having Priority AC & Heat out and couldn't be happier with the service and reliability of the team!

Shannon was very professional and did an expert repair on my system to get me up and running again. He replaced the fan motor and was very informative on explaining the problem and how the new motor would work better since it worked at a higher amperage.

Priority AC & Heating was very methodical and detailed in assessing our AC problem. We have gone through several AC repair service companies but have not been As satisfied with their service compared to Priority. We would certainly recommend Priority over other service companies.

Jacob was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He patiently worked through our A/C issue and gave us options as to how to best fix it and never tried to upsell us or pressure us into spending more money. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our AC issue. He made suggestions that allowed us to save on labor cost. He followed up in person the next day to check on everything. He even dealt with our home warranty company regarding the repairs. I am highly impressed with the service we received and have signed up for their service plan to prevent further issues.
