Priority AC & Heat

Jacob was great. Great guy and fair prices! I've had a few issues with my AC and when I've called they came out the same day. Got everything resolved the same day. I definitely recommend that you beat the Heat with Priority AC & Heat! And ask for Jacob.

My air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. Thank goodness Jacob answered his phone and was at my house first thing in the morning to work on my AC and get it running again. Highly knowledgeable at his craft and very competitive pricing makes Priority a must for all of my air-conditioning needs. I would recommend him to all my family and friends!!

Amazing service. Its rare that you can find service technicians that you can trust and my experience is that Priority is extremely ethical, fast and fair. I had an AC emergency and Jacob was over with in 2 hours of the call and I was up and running shortly there after. I will only use Priority and highly recommend them to any one!!! Thank you!!!

As always Mike was on time, explained the preventive maintenance process and went to work checking the system inside and out, he explained what we may need to look at on his next visit, but overall gave our system a passing grade. We are so grateful for a company we can trust, moreover we are blessed to have a tech like Mike who truly cares about his customers!!! Thanks Priority!!

Nice service men. That's where the good ends. It's take a lot 3 visits to fix the condensation drain. The last man fell through the ceiling because the booties they wear are slippery. The drywall repair guy was a no show today. It took all day to reach the office. I took off work for nothing. The owner was clueless then condescending. I paid $500 for holiday weekend service which has turned into a fiasco. I the owner said, sorry about that and made little effort to remedy things. MOVE ON FROM THIS COMPANY!

Jacob was on time to our appointment, very knowledgeable about AC/HVAC systems. Honest about his inspection and gave my client some tips on how to maintain the system and didn’t try to sell her anything.
I’ll definetly add him to my contact list and would be happy to recommend him to my clients!

Jacob is very professional and knowledgeable about the system that was installed. The weather was horrible but the technicians worked through it and installed system without issue. All questions were answered and the whole process was easy and painless. Bring summer heat on!!!! I am ready with my Seer 18 variable speed system!

Shannon was very thorough checking the AC system, even add on refrigerant to ensure the unit will run smoothly for the upcoming Summer. Shannon also help us close-up the AC wiring hole, an entrance for potential rodents or squirrels entering the attic. It’s a nice gesture, helping homeowners aware of unwanted problems, we’re grateful for his extra help.

Recieved amazing service from priority AC. On a such a last minute notice, Jacob was very prompt, he had perfect punctuality, very professional offering great prices for quality work. He took his time explaining the issue, and giving me all the possible options. I am so glad to have found my AC company, and reccomend him to all.

Priority AC saved the day. My AC unit went out on a hot night and within hours I was fixed up and good to go. Very friendly, good price, extremely helpful. Also nice to know I’ve got someone local who I can get a hold of directly and can trust.

Update - used Priority AC again when my blower stopped blowing. Got a quick appointment, the work got completed, and all of the relevant information was clearly and quickly relayed. I'll continue calling Priority AC in the future.
