Staff is never helpful. They just stare from a distance. Probably crossing their fingers in hope that you won't initiate interaction. Checkout is always painfully slow -- even when there isn't a single person ahead of you in line. I've been here many times and spent a significant amount through the years. Today was my last visit after realizing just how dreadful and depressing this location is. Does it really suck that much working there? Are all locations just like this one? Frankly, I really don't care anymore.

Very helpful associates on floor. Northern Tool shelf price doesn't show online price. I went to purchase a welder which was priced online at $139.98, but was $189.98 in store. Associate looked it up and printed up the online add for cashier to use for my checkout.

I called this store to see if they had a part available for a pump sprayer I have. The guy asked me to hold then straight hung up on me. Then I called back and a lady answered. She said she was going to transfer me. She kept picking up saying Ill page them again while I waited. After finally being transferred to parts I find out the only thing they have parts for is small engines. - My conclusion, this place needs new management that will train employees on service and knowledge of the store. Oh, and 2nd call with them lasted just over 19 minutes.

Not very friendly employees and when you find one, they act like there doing you a big favor.... Not not go to their restroom, men's restroom is nasty and dirty.

I am a new customer and needed a good size floor fan so I was hoping to get my hands on a 30 inch strongway floor fan. I purchased the fan in the store and assumed it would take no more than 5 working days to be shipped to the store, just a month ago I bought a outdoor Hunter ceiling from Lowes that took only 3 days to arrive at there store and low and behold it takes Northern Tools up to 14 days to receive there fans, they should of told me when I checked out.

Pulled a Milwaukee tool set from the floor (empty box) and apparently their QOH was off because all they had was the display. I asked if they would sell the display, manager said he had no desire to. They did not offer to order one or check other stores that may have it in stock. Was also buying $100 tool box. Total would have been $400+ but they couldn't care less about trying to make the sell and satisfy a customer. Sales must be good!! Won't go back to this location off Belfort. Smh
