"My husband " Website said they had plenty and I go and only found one tire and I asked the cashier and she had no idea, bought the one and wife was driving, I called the store, as website showed 36 in stock and I was told they had plenty then I said that the bin was empty, so he employee said let me put my hands on them and they are out. He was shocked as I was but not sure why.
Not sure why it said they had and then find out they don't have any. He the employee said they get a truck Tuesday and Thursday and they have no idea what they are getting. So while I was treated good, Northern should have a better idea of what stock they have 1 vs 36? I'm sure the employee check the website that should be tracking as I looked at the whole store and the 1 tire was not in the bin was empty with the sale sign. Call before you go would be my advice as our experience was going there.

Wow! I love this place. Not only did they have exactly what I needed but people like Bill and John were a huge help. They saved me over $200 on a generator and made sure that I got the proper oil and has treatment to protect my investment. I will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at this Northern Tool on Bellfort, James is the manager and he personally helped us, I donโ€™t see a lot of managers at stores have that level of customer service where they help you themselves which was a breath of fresh air. James was very knowledgeable with the products and also fostered a fun work environment by the way his employees responded to him and laughed and joked with him. I have never been to Northern Tool before but he definitely made a customer for life. I will be back to make future purchases!

We had Excellent Customer Service! James was Thorough & Helpful. We live 3 hours away and called this particular store because it was where our Item was purchased when visiting Houston. He Resolved our situation but was not there when we arrived so management in the evening assisted. He Too was a Gem! We Love the service Northern Tool Offers. We do 75% of our Business Purchases with them . ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโ™ฅ๏ธ
