The service was excellent. Maria was very knowledgeable, when I asked for help finding certain tools she knew where to direct me to and was very friendly and welcoming.

Norris and Jose where fantastic I had a problem with my generator abd they where able to fix it on the spot no down time They no their business Bring all your repairs I highly recommend their shop

Stephan was very helpful he helped me get the right pump I was looking for and the cashier Jennifer was really friendly and sweet love the environment!!

Terrible service. If you buy something that does not work and bring it back the same day or the next day. They will make you wait for a repair order. Usually you can exchange a dysfunctional items for a new one at reputable tool locations. Complete waist of time at this location I will not be back.

I can not for the life of me understand why they refuse to open one of there exits. Which forces people to take the long way for three lights in order to go west on the main street that they are on. I usually just make the illegal u-turn. This is the sole reason i dont frequent this store even though its the closest to my home. I am quite sure there are a host of others who share this veiw. This is why i give it one star.

Mr.John was so helpful and put up with me for 3days straight about a water pump in how to connect it in etc.... thanks to mr.John at northern tools on belfort we need more good people like you ...thanks again..

They have some tools at a reasonable price. I have bought several thing from them which I consider at a good price. The only thing is that they don't sell screws nor nails. Although I usually fond what I am looking for

OMG i had the best customer service a sales guy name Felipe had the best personality the guy knows what he is doing he came up to me with such good energy!!!
