Don't buy a pressure washer from them and definitely don't get any extended warrenty. within the first 2 weeks the pump fell off...because they don't even attach it with spring washers. Factory default. The wheels kept falling off because the spacers were terrible. 3rd week it lost all pressure. Took it in to the parts department and they said it would take 3-4 weeks before they could even look at it. That would have put me out of business! Got the problem solved elsewhere. Pump lost a ton of pressure and took it to my mechanic even though it's under warrenty because I'm not about to wait 3-4 weeks and had to order a part. We tried to get it expedited but they said they don't do that anymore but would have it in a few days. Here it is 10 days later and that still don't have the part. Call in today and they said their parts department will be closed all week for corporate training.

I went to buy a water pump and several people helped including Mr. Norris. They even volunteered to unload it into my vehicle. Great customer service and very organized.

We come here for tools. Not only is it convenient to our shop, but they have great prices too! We also send customers over to purchase towing supplies when they need something that we don't stock. They have a great selection!

First visit to this store an i was impressed the sales woman called G was very helpful in helping me find what i needed but the the cashier lupe well very nice an helped me match a price on line aslo applied for the extended warranty which would help me she actually new more about tools than my son i apprecitaed her much respect to her even offered her a job but she loves her tools northern tools will be seeing me alil more

No issues with store or people that work there, however, the creepy guy that walks around the parking lot looking in the vehicle windows bother me. He will even ask for money. Otherwise a great shopping experience and clean store.

I called the store # 660 on Gulf Fwy and La Quan got on my request real quick and professionally. He got the items ready for my when I showed up at the store, I pay for them ( 3 wheels and tires item # 13948) and he also took them out to my truck. Thumps up for a profesional worker like you La Quan.
