Northern Tool + Equipment

Very poor experience. Purchased a “house” brand mig welder and right out of box was junk. Wouldn’t feed wire properly because wire speed knob failed internally. Liner in whip was kinked in more than one spot and is not removable/serviceable easily. Called store. They tell me kick rocks. Call 800 number, file complaint. They call back. Tell me its ok to return product. Take product back to store and counter staff tried paging help with my return for over 15 minutes. Nobody ever came to help. Needless to say a faulty welder is back in my vehicle and I’m out hundreds of dollars. Northern tool, this is the last dollar you will probably ever receive of mine.

If you come here you better have money because they arent cheep. Also do research on what you buy because if you buy there brand of what ever your buying an it has a warranty. Make sure that they aren't going to discontinue the item any time soon ,because they may not replace or fix that item obviously because they don't carry it anymore. I got burned by that once not again. Otherwise I do shop there regularly.

Bought a Welder good price Employee had great knowledge of product but Line was very slow at checkout processing equipment had issues I went thru 3 credit cards before one would work. There was NO problem with either of my cards

Excellent stock of quality tools. Nice clean clutter free and safe environment. Just can't always get someone to assist and shelves should be marked a bit more appropriately to find products.

I purchase a 2" high pressure pump at 9am used ut about 1 hour water pressure dropped to almost nothing the suction screen was clean took it back for exchange they said because I put oil and gas in it they wont take it back just send out to get fixedHOW IN THE HELL AM I SUPPOSE TO USE IT WITHOUT OIL ANG GAS

I found exactly what I needed and much more than what I expected to buy. Costumer service from Felipe palos was over expected. I'd definitely recommend this location to friends and family. 5 stars

Me and my husband went in today and my husband was going to ask one of the workers a white man with glasses a questions and he lifted his finger to him and said I’m helping somebody. First off bad customer service. Then once he got done he was walking towards me and passed me. I said can you help me, he turns and says what do you need? I looked at him and proceeded with my question. He was just very rude and as I walked out of store I told girl up front I just want to tell you he has bad customer service, she just shrugged her shoulders. We will never go back to this store even though it’s down the street.

Northern Tool have a very good location there on 45 south and Belford , many tools , many equipment to choose ; I have been there everytime i need something , they are professionals and they helped me with whatever I needed , nice people ready to help !!!
Price ? Just go there to check it out , very good prices too !!!

Worst service ever no people to assist You and when find someone and ask for help this glasses guy says if You dont see in stands what You need is because We dont have it ! Its like if he doesnot like his job customer service is really bad I visit the store Monday afternoon never back again!
