Their team responded to my emergency call promptly and had a technician, Rick Holgin, at my doorstep within an hour. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to restore my cooling system. They even provided tips on regular maintenance to keep my A/C running smoothly. Air-Care Southeast's dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched. I'm incredibly grateful and will definitely be a lifelong customer.

Mike and his crew has been sevicing our needs for more than 20 years. His honesty and integrity is secound to none. I can only say, being an electrician and a teacher in that trade, having a person that you can trust in knowing his trade and with the previously mentioned characteristics is very rare. Altogether a very pleasant and speedy experience. Knew I needed full system replacement. Got quote over the phone and bought the same day. Day and a half later 4 man crew were here installing. Went fast and well. Carl Highfill came by 2 days later and walked me around and explained everything. Paid be check and got a cash discount.

We were very pleased with Air Care Southeast. The men who put in our a/c and heater were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They always have good prices and when we have called them, they are able to come and get problems fixed. Great group of people from office to the ones who come out to fix whatever is broke.

Carl and his techs recently replaced our two units when they went out back to back. We got quotes from several AC companies and theirs was by far the best. They were very knowledgeable and we never felt like they were trying to push anything we didn't need(which we very much felt with the other companies). The process took a few days but it was quick and painless because the techs were so respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were as minimally noticeable as possible. Carl was very patient in answering all of my husbands questions and gave a referral for an electric company that came out to do some rewiring in our attic. We are very pleased with the product and service we got and will be using Air Care Specialists for all of our future AC needs.

I used Air Care Southeast to replace all the plumbing in my house a few years ago and last month I had them replace my a/c and furnace. During both jobs they were very professional and provided fair bids. The workers were courteous, respectful of my home and cleaned up everything. Before I purchased the new a/c they were able to keep the old one working whenever I had issues with it. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing or a/c needs.
