Usually a Decent place BUT , I went in to purchase a Stihl chainsaw since they are a new dealer for Stihl, I already had an good idea which one i wanted but wanted to compare them. the young man that "helped" me who by the way was ABSOLUTELY no help. would not unlock more than one chainsaw at a time which was double locked and he worked at a snails pace. I decided on the model i wanted and he took that chainsaw to the back to prep it for sale, where he could not start the saw "flooded it" his manage had no better luck and they did not give me a good feeling about the purchase so i left and went to a better dealer

Bought a product without knowing, that it fell under their “no return policy.” If you buy certain items during some type of “disaster”. Even if you never use it… "all sales are final." I purchased the product during Tropical Storm Bill the cashier never informed of this policy and there wasn’t any indication of it. Instead she was more interested in selling me candy and gloves at the counter. Oh yeah, after I checkout some guy placed a sticker with the policy on the box. THAT WAS A Slime ball move must be a part of their training. So, I got burned 75.00 dollars when trying to return it.
