Well organized store, lots of choices and inventory. Easy to get around, no overstock in isles.

I paid for a trailer, they didn't put it on ,I had to install it myself. The employee unchained the trailer and said he couldn't do anything else. I will not shop there again. I will tell my family and friends not to shop there. VERY SORRY SERVICE.

I went to the store to buy a pressure washer and I found what I was looking for the guy that works there has a nice personality and treated me super awesome Felipe knows what he is doing definitely recommend this location to my friends Felipe Is awesome!!!

James the store Manager is the best the management at league City sent me all the way out my way! But I called James and he was the Best ever!
Thanks James from Chris from Indiana! The manager at Leauge City near Texas City needs to get fired Customers pays ur bills y not help them with ur company Product instead of sending them off and I had my Receipt! Guess it’s cause I’m Black and not from Texas!!!!!

I had a great time at northern tool they didn't have what I needed but they had something else that I didn't know I needed as I walked through the store you guys very helpful about the portable generators very knowledgeable... When I got to the registers the people seem like you know it's another day and I got up there started cutting up with them talking about chicken nuggets and them taking me out for dinner at McDonald's everybody's face just lit up and started they all started laughing so they great group of people just cut up with them when you're in there life is supposed to be fun and make somebody else's day even better and more fun but yeah I give them a complete star rating y'all have a blessed day...

Is a good place would find a lot of heavy duty tools

I went in to buy a nozzle for a sprayer, I had seen on the Northern Tools website for a price but at the store it had the original price, Maria. B the cashier looked up the item and was able to give me the price on the website. She has an Outgoing Personality.

The cashier, Lavatria (or whatever how it is spelled) is very rude and not very friendly to customers. I tried to make small talk with her and she quickly cut me off and spoke over me. When I put my card in the card reader unlike this card reader when it ready to be taken out it did not ding or ring or say remove card, so of course I didn’t know to take it out and Lavatria yelled out to remove card. Hell it’s not my fault the Northern Tools card reader won’t notify customers when they have paid to remove the card.
