Mission Air Conditioning & Plumbing

Needed 2 base seals and 2 sets of anchor bolts. Received a quote of $3,173.00. Both technicians were very polite. I declined the offer. Called another plumber and had the job done for $300.00. Wanted to let you know the $199.00 service call charge is a great idea when you have no intention of actually doing the job. Again, great idea.

Christian , lead technician, was professional and explained what he found and corrective actions he was taking. He also followed up with invoice , service summary and before and after pictures.

Was quoted 1400 for a maintenance ac job that requires no parts and strictly labor. I asked how long it would take, the tech said 2 hours. When I asked why it was so expensive for 2 hours of just labor, I was told because it was not something they liked to do during the summer because other jobs were more lucrative. Appalled.

I called on last Friday and made an appointment with Mission AC they made me an appointment for today Monday. The technician Ryan Case, not only showed up on time he was early. He was absolutely amazing. He not only fixed my system quickly and efficiently he showed me pics of what was wrong and gave me tips for the best way to adjust my wall thermostat. Ryan said these tips will have my unit last longer and help with energy cost. He was so kind he even fixed my attic latter. I’ve recently moved back into my home and I’ve had some unfortunate incidents with some repair men. I’m a single woman who lives alone. But Ryan felt like a friend who’d come to help me and I trusted him right away!
I’m so grateful because now I know I can trust Mission AC with getting some repairs done for my mothers home as well. I’ve been blessed by an Angel today-Ryan! I’m eternally grateful and thankful! I feel happy knowing there is a Person and Technician like Ryan in the world! God bless us all! ❤️

Anthony was wonderful! I was impressed with him both professionally and personally. He performed a furnace inspection, took pictures as he went to show me, made recommendations for repairs and explained the benefits of twice yearly inspections and how signing up in advance will give me a discount on any work done with Mission. I will request him when I have my AC inspected in the spring.

1st time user on time, professional, kind and courteous. Kitchen plumbing done. So far so good. I'll check back in couple weeks for final feedback. Thanks

Calvin did a great job with our annual plumbing inspection and flushing our tankless hot water heaters. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough with his work.

Air rated the front bathroom faucet. It was not giving water since the freeze in late December. The plumber was on time and did a great job. I had a coupon from Christmas from you guys. Thank you very much!
