Ricky was amazing! Would definitely be requesting him as a tech. He was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. The whole experience with Mission has been amazing. Would highly recommend Mission for any A/C and plumbing service.

Alex Cresto, our service man, was very professional and helpful. They had my new ac unit installed within 2 days of mine dying. Alex kept me updated and did the job efficiently. Excellent work done!

I called Mission and they were out within the hour. The technicians, Angelo and Matthew, were very professional and explained everything well. They worked diligently. The clog ended up being out in the City of Pasadena's line, so would've been their responsibility. Angelo went ahead and called another colleague who is familiar with the City of Pasadena's procedure, Jimmy, to get his advice. Jimmy was nearby so he went ahead and stopped by and was able to get the clog cleared up. Even though where it was would be the City's responsibility. Thank you to the Mission team!

I heard water dripping from my attic last night and called Mission first thing the next day. They were able to get someone out to my home before noon and assess the situation. My tech Arnaldo was great at explaining what was going on with my drain line. He performed the repair and made me feel at ease. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan and would definitely recommend using Mission.

Everyone I met or spoke with at this company was very nice and performed the work they were asked to do very well. Their employee worked on the faucet in the main bathroom and had it working very well. I would rate them A+.

I truly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Mission. After calling the business and having experienced such a pleasant phone conversation with the office, I was expecting the same experience when the technicians arrived and that’s exactly what I got! Pleasant, knowledgeable, took all my concerns seriously and got right to work on investigating the problem. They were very through and explained everything they found. I highly recommend this company as I felt they performed excellent, timely and ethical services.

Representative Javier Silva arrived as stated. Introduced himself & confirmed my appointment need. Checked the inside & asked about the a/c filter (I had a replacement) & Javier replaced it for me. Explained about my compressor (the noise it was making). Letting me know it may give out. Checked the inside coils and surrounding components. Gave me suggestions on replacement for both inside and out. Will get back with the company.

I never post google reviews, but these guys helped us out big time. They responded to an initial service call in a couple of hours and then were able to schedule a crew for a same-day evaporator coil replacement. Hector and his associate were in a cramped attic in the 3rd floor of our townhome from 4:30 - 9:30 PM and didn't hardly stop for a break even though it was probably 90deg up there. Thought they might have to stop and resume in the morning, but they finished it up and we got to sleep with cool air. Thank you Mission Air!
