Wasn’t very happy with our first service. I say that because we had an 8-12pm appointment window only to be told at 10:25 am he was running behind. Our new time would be 12-2pm, but that came and gone with no update until 2:10pm that our technician was on lunch. He eventually showed up at 2:18. I do appreciate the first communication about him running late, but would have been good practice if we were told he would be arriving late for the second appointment time window. As for the service he did what he had to do, but failed to read my note about pulling the ceiling ladder all the way down before expanding it because if he didn’t do it that it would damage the wall. Yes, he damaged the wall even though I knew he had to have seen the note because the stick to reach the access point was right in front of the note. Very disappointed in our first scheduled preventative service and will give them a second chance.

Phoned up and had technician out within 3 hours to a broken AC. Joel was amazing and had it all fixed in record time. Clean, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

We got 3 quotes from 3 different companies and Mission Air is a decent one out of all. When I called in the request for the service, they were so responsive in getting all the information needed to get me started. I also requested them to get the work done as soon as possible because we need our sink. After finishing the work, they cleaned up and everything looked perfect as we expected. Pleased with how quick Wilmer arrived. He worked very hard in a dangerously hot attic. He got the job done and diagnosed other problems we did realize we had. Hopefully we're good for the Summer.

Ricardo was very professional and explained everything he was doing, and why.

We could also tell that he cared very much about doing a high-quality job and went an extra step to correct something after he had finished not related to AC that he notices and had been an annoyance for 5 years! He did it out of goodwill. That is exceptional!

Ricardo also has a high degree of integrity and keeps the needs of his customers top of mind.

That’s why we will make sure that we ask for Ricardo in future visits, and for any maintenance! :-)

I didn't like the news that was delivered, but the message that was delivered was clear, concise, and compassionate. Although I HOPE our paths do not cross again, I'd be comfortable with Joel at the helm.

In April 2020, Mission fully replaced an a/c unit—condenser, evaporator, coil—the whole thing. It cost over $6k. Near the end of the install, the person handling the install didn’t feel well and left very abruptly. It was an odd situation, but we were assured everything had been completed properly. In August 2020, the new a/c unit wasn’t cooling. They came out and we learned there was a clog somewhere. In February 2023, the same a/c unit stopped cooling completely. Mission came out, replaced a capacitor, and told me that whoever set up my system did it incorrectly, so he adjusted the levels of various items and did a few other things to “fix it.” Under warranty, that still cost several hundreds of dollars. Here we are in May 2023, and we noticed the unit is taking longer than usual to cool. Mission came out and told us there is an issue with the coil and there’s a leak. This is a 3-year old system, and even though we have a manufacturer warranty, the labor will cost over $2k to fix it. It’s clear to me that the real issue is whoever installed my system did it incorrectly and we continue to have issues because of it, and Mission isn’t addressing the root cause. I can not ever recommend Mission because of this. Using them has been a waste of money and energy, and quite stressful.

I had a leak in my shower and wanted to replace existing plumbing with new plumbing. They came out same day and replaced everything. Calvin was very professional and stayed until the job was completed.

Ryan came out to do a “tune up” on our HVAC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We’re very satisfied with Mission and will use them for any future needs.
