Javier Silva was excellent. Courteous, thoughtful, careful, methodical, and efficient. Explained what he was going to do, how, when, and the results. Made recommendations based on data and without pressure. Organized and cleaned up. Took care to respect and protect the property. Another good experience with Mission A/C...which is why I continue to use them.

Angelo Masino and his helper were a hard working, precise information, talking to us about price as the work evolved. They saved us a little more than expected ($600) and explained how and what they did accurately.
If we ever use them again I will ask for the same two professionals that came to my house today. Thanks for a job well done!!!

The prices are high for these guys. The only reason I continued to use Mission Air is the quality of the field staff. I've had three different ones over the last 6 months and all were very impressive in demeanor and skill. The 3 visits were for different things.
I'd give 5 stars but the costs seem extraordinary. Hundreds of dollars to replace a 3 dollar capacitor? $500+ to apply some mastic to the inner unit? If costs are not the top priority and you want it done right, call these people

I have consistently used the services of Mission for three years. They have taken care of all my heating and air conditioning issues and my plumbing needs also. They are always competent and professional. I cannot think of another company that offers better value for your dollar or better quality for the products and services that they provide. The technicians that I have dealt with most recently are Casey, Zach and Matt. They took care of my hot water heater maintenance and also explained what is necessary to be done to keep my water heater working properly. They also assisted me when I chose to purchase a new water heater for my home. The office staff have also been extremely patient and helpful when it comes to explain financial issues and using electronic signatures. Christina in the financial department has been helpful many times when I was confused about how to complete contracts.

Water heater replacement and toilet replace was good and the quality was good. Mission is not the cheapest vendor and they are sooooo expensive. Look elsewhere for a good price and service combination. I needed the replacements done at the time... after the fact I thought let me get some quotes from others to compare since mission quality is good and i wanted to know if I will be a repeat customer. I was shocked with the price differences.

Update on 04/20: I am dropping the rating... listen to this... The Technician tells me your work is done at 04/18 and I am Set. On 04/19 their automatic system send me a message that I am scheduled for maintenance on 04/20. I reply back to them that this might be a mistake and my work was completed the day before; they never replied to clarify. 04/20 the technician shows up to my door requesting access to install a part on the water heater to comply with the extended warranty. The Company elected to not have the hard conversation, communicate the issue, or admit the missing installation till the moment their tech is on my door!!!!!! Imagine the technician (who did not tell me the installation was in fact not complete) forgot, fired, got into an accident, died. I would have have been kept without that part...
therefore, I am changing my mind, for the price you can definitely find much better.

Rex, Matthew and Juan were outstanding!! Their kindness and excellent service went above and beyond. They were selfless in working on Good Friday. Their top priority was taking care of our family so that we would enjoy hot water over the Easter weekend. They were profesional, courteous and so very nice. They worked hard all day and did the best job! We are so happy with the work and having them here was a joy. Many thanks again! What a gift to Mission Company to have Rex, Matthew and Juan on your team!

I had a 2-year old mini-split system leak water on my interior wall. Mission did not install this system, but I called Mission to repair it because, from their website, Mission seemed they were very knowledgeable about mini-split repair. The long story short is that the problem was basically a simple one: the plastic water drain hose had a bad connection, which required replacing one segment of the drain hose (and slightly adjusting the exit angle of the hose on the exterior of the house). But what should have been a straightforward fix took: three separate visits by Mission, various proposed other fixes (including possibly installing a water pump, even though the problem was a leak in the hose, not the movement of water), and possibly drilling a new hole in the exterior of the house. This all came at a charge of $1700 (they also charged me $225 just to do routine maintenance on another unit, but I'm not complaining about that). I understand labor and time are valuable, but this is why you want knowledgeable people working on your projects: knowledgeable people don't spend days learning on the job with your project. They figure out the problem and the get to a solution without multiple tries over days. To be fair, the guys were very nice and professional. They were trying to do the right thing. But ultimately, what matters is: did Mission's team have the necessary expertise from the start, and was the value of the work reflected in the price? The answer to those questions is no.

Everyone at Mission has been very helpful every time we’ve needed them to come check on our A/C. Ryan was very nice and super informative. I appreciated that he not only fixed the issue but explained what was wrong and what we can do to try to fix it ourselves in the future.

The person who took the call and scheduled the visit and the technician who identified and fixed the problem were both professional and personable. The work was done quickly and effectively. This was my first call to this company; it definitely won't be the last.

He installed an air scrubber that helps clean air further than normal air filters. Mission was recommended by Aerus online. Great work, helpful, and professional in their communication and time spent on project. Joel Moreno was a top notch serviceman. Thanks Mission Air!
