My hot water heater went out on Saturday and due to a conflict on my part they wouldn’t be able to come till Wednesday! However the schedulers were trying to get me in earlier! That I thought was over the top! They ended up coming a little before 1:00 on Monday! The 2 men were courteous and got right to work in this heat in my attic! I was so appreciative of the JM getting the men here and the men’s work ethic to do their job in the location of my water heater! Thank you to all involved!

Great experience with John Moore company. Awesome office employees. Nicholas was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very happy to chose this company. Definitely I will deal with this company again because I am sure that they take care of customers very well.

Shower drainage problem was easily fixed with an auger method. Vincent was very helpful! Purchased a shower strainer at Lowe’s since holes in the shower drain that was recently installed with my shower remodel were much too large to prevent hair blockage.

Thankfully our thermostat only needed new batteries. I was impressed by the fact that he was able to quickly diagnose this issue.
John Moore should be thankful for such a knowledgeable and courteous worker!

Christian came out for a drip pan issue and was very professional. He manage to calm all my worries after 48 hours of complete stress. He was very knowledgeable and showed so much concern for our home. Extremely please how he went out of his way to help us.

Joe Harb was out Technician. I will start out with he was knowledgeable.
He knew right away what the problem was when i turned on the AC. We didnt use John Moore because he was extremely rude. My mom was trying to decide if she wanted a new unit or fix it and he told her he doesn't have time to be driving around looking for parts (since she was indecisive) as he is not getting paid, this is a courtesy (since there was no trip charge). When she finally decided to wait, at my urging, but she still had some questions he told her to call back when she is serious. My mom did ask alot of questions but that's because he was quoting her $22,000 for a new unit and if you are gonna spend that type of money you will have questions. I know he is just one person but He was so bad and unprofessional I would never use John Moore or recommend them to anyone. He is a representative of John Moore so it's just as bad and I will never let my mom spend money with someone who treats their customers, and the elderly in general, bad.

I broke the lever off of a shut off valve and needed it replaced. This was a Friday night and I sent an online request for quote through their site. Selected 8-12 window for next day. Woke up to find that someone was already on their way estimated 8:30 arrival. John C got to the house at 8:30. Told him if the issue, he looked at it and gave me some options and also did the regular thing of diagnosing other possible repairs I could do. Estimate for the lever replacement was in line with other bid from independent plumber I got off recommendation via Nextdoor so I asked him to do it. Job was well done and quickly done. He was very professional and wore shoe coverings when inside. Wasn’t pushy with selling the other services. Would recommend and use again.

Our AC went out and Tyler along with Juan showed up checked the system and gave us options. Both were very professional and explained everything to us in order to make our decision. Nothing seemed forced. Excellent customer service by both.

John Moore and their service tech couldn't have done better. With it beginning to get hot, it was not comfortable in the house. They not only repaired my issue, but covered it under warranty. Am very pleased.

First off the two gentlemen that came were nice but didn't listen to my concerns. I informed then that I believe one of the kids overfilled the tub which caused the water leakage from my garage ceiling. They said the only way to be sure was to inspect the pipes by cutting areas of my ceiling, which would cost $279.99 [to cut my own ceiling]
🤔. They said there was a leak because of moisture around the area and proceeded to offer and schedule a solution that would cost over 10k. I agreeed and set everything up [financing] but I called two other plumbers and they said the tub most likely over filled and to wait just to be sure. Guess what, NO LEAKS!!! Why didn't John Moore tell me to wait just to be sure? I paid the inspection fee but why charge me to cut up my ceiling?
