John Moore Services

I called the company on a Saturday. They were able to send out a technician on Sunday. I mean it was very prompt service, and it didn't cost me a dime for the assessment. John Moore has financing, but I rated overall 4 stars because of the price of a new condenser. I may not use the service, although I know the service is top tier at this company.

I was very impressed with Zayne Emerson. He was very courteous , professional and helpful. If I should have any. AC/Heating problem I would call upon John Moore again and ask for Zayne Emerson to help me

I hired John Moore for regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance. They sent Trent, who was fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. We were even able to relate with each other since we both play video games. He gave me good recommendations and even helped install a hard start kit to extend the life of the compressor. I hope to get him in the future for my next AC maintenance.

Pipe under house was clogged. Daniel recommended we try the most economical repair first (after snaking) which was hydro-pressure. It worked and he cleaned the pipes and ran his light to ensure everything was 100% . Very friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you!!

Daniel Hodges is a credit to his profession, and John Moore is most fortunate to have him. He was honest, professional, meticulous, and diligent in his assessment and resolution. He clearly communicated why and what would be done each step of the way and worked tirelessly until the work was completed to our satisfaction. I am grateful for his time, knowledge, patience, and hard work. Aside from being a skilled professional, he is also a kind and thoughtful person.Thank you for everything!

Abraham from John Moore claimed I had a broken main sewer pipe under my house and that it would be $14,000 to fix it . I went so far as to applying for the loan with the company. My nephew warned me to get at least two more opinions, so I cancelled the work with John Moore and the second opinions were that there was no broken pipe at all. The photo Abraham showed me on his camera screen showed a black pipe, when I had it looked at again the inside of the pipe was white, then I had it cleaned to be double sure and looked at with a camera again and there was no break to the white ( not black) pipe.I apparently was shown a bogus picture. I was almost taken for $14,000 and it would not have fixed my problems I was having. BEWARE, always get 3 quotes and opinions. Shame on you Abraham.

I appreciate this company. Their company and technician Mike were a pleasure to interact with. We ultimately did not use John Moore due to price, but Mike went above and beyond to assist us in regards to price and options. I do recommend.

I had an AC problem and had John Moore came out to look at the system. Larry the tech who came out inspected the system and didn't find anything wrong with it. He recommended some updates to the system, but didn't charge me anything. Great, honest service!!! I will use them again for sure!

I was very pleased with Devon’s work. He was on time and very proficient in explaining exactly what he needed to do in order to repair my outdoor faucet. He worked quickly and was done before I knew it. He is also a very pleasant and personable young man.

John Pugh has visited our home twice to repair a leak and install shower fixtures. Each time, he did an OUTSTANDING JOB, finishing in no time!! He is very professional, personable and an overall good guy.
