Repaired a gas leak -- completed and replaced what was needed. All involved were very professional, knowledgeable and attentive to the correct completion of this job. Everyone was on schedule as assigned when I made the appointment. HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!

These folks were excellent. Had a problem on a Sunday morning, they gave us a time estimate within an hour, AND showed up just they said. The tech was the most experienced and efficient plumber I've ever encountered, went straight to work and had us up and running in a couple of hours.

Our technician Trent was great...polite, professional, clear in communicating his findings. He was actually the third AC person that we talked to about doing the work and he was by far the best. When we decide what to do we will call John Moore. Thanks.

Very professional and responsive. We had an issue with our HVAC system and they were able to come out immediately. They troubleshot the system and came up with an easy repair recommendation. They had other suggestions as well, but we’re not pushy at all. I highly recommend this company.

I called for an electrical inspection and unfortunately got $14k in bad news😅. But Felipe did a great job at explaining a lot of things for us and was very knowledgeable on what was going on with our electrical issues. He was able to convey to us what needed to be done and what our options were.

We absolutely love our tech from John Moore - Jonathan Berumen. He is always thorough, very knowledgeable, and explains things where we can understand. We would not use John Moore if not for Jonathan!

Theo always does a great job! He always calls to let me know that he’s almost there. He listens to me when I tell him about concerned areas. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors without being constantly attacked by bugs. I never have issues with bugs inside my home either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with any repair company. They told me my ac unit needed a new capacitor and some Freon added and this would fix the issue. 2 days later it breaks again and they say it’s something completely different and it’s not covered under warranty and I need a whole new system now. Horrible horrible company and would recommend literally anyone else over them.

Troy Watts gave us an estimate for our water heater leak. He was very respectful of the property and explained what we needed very clearly. I appreciated him explaining our options for financing or purchasing materials elsewhere and having John Moore install it for us. It was a very enlightening meeting and i'll be sure to contact them for any questions, since their operating system is extremely responsive!
