Jaime was very professional my wife and I felt very comfortable he gave me every discount that I qualify. Then what made his visit worthy is our conversation about the Lord. Jaime shared his walk with the Lord I also did the same. Me and the wife will pray and God to lead us as I always do when I make decisions.

He offered other services which I appreciated the offer but I did decline at this time. I enjoyed meeting him and he was fast and efficient. We were told we needed to replace the evaporator coil and plenums on our AC. All the employees that came out were very professional and knowledgeable. We were absolutely flabbergasted at the cost. He started at over $15000.00 to fix the problem and also things not broken, but "would be better to do now". I nixxed that and we got down to $5700 to replace the actual broken parts. Upon checking in our neighborhood we saw comparable jobs between $2000 and $3500. John Moore is horribly overpriced and I would NOT recommend them for that reason.

Pilot light on my 3 year old hot water heater went out, called John Moore as they did the install. They came out in a timely manner and checked everything for safety and relit the pilot, no charge. Peace of mind and quick professional service, couldn't ask for anything more.

Waited 4 hours for a 5 minute evaluation of what I was able to see. A major waste of time on a free estimate call.
To use a cameras he wanted $99 and to fix what he thought was the problem without even looking was $5500 - he looked to be tired hungry and angry when he arrived. Horrible experience - do not think I will ever call these people again. Be careful if you do - there is no such thing as FREE!!!!!!!!! False advertising BIG TIME! Told him I would be writing a review his replied :GO AHEAD: His name is Abraham Martinez - bad customer skills. Hope he is not seeing anyone else today!

I specifically told John Cantu that i thought my pilot light on water heater had gone out. he went up and came back with a prepared "speech" about how old my water heater was and it was the end of its life. He said "it's not on." i tried to get clairification: "you mean it's not working?" and he said it's not on; it's 14 years old and out of warranty and would cost too much to fix. i said i thought only the pilot light went out and he repeated the age and cost of "fixing" it. So he tried to sell me on a $5K+ water heater and said it could be installed the next morning, but NEVER SAID "let's see what we can do." i told him i would contact a friend and let him know. i had also told John Cantu about my master sink water pressure and temp as well. After i told him i would think about and let him know, he NEVER mentioned my bathroom sink issue and couldn't get out of there fast enough. Two issues and one solution was a SHAM job and he ignored the other issue because i wasn't giving John Moore Services a great deal of money for something that WASN'T necessary since my water heater was in fact, working FINE. Friend came over and lit my pilot light and it works GREAT! Don Valentine is all over the TV talking about the "HONESTY" of John Moore services and how they'll take CARE of you. Sure, they'll take care of all the money they get from you without full disclosure and transparency! I'd heard bad stories from others about John Moore Services but thought i'd make my own decisions based on my experience. HA! NEVER AGAIN FOR JOHN MOORE SERVICES!!!!! BEWARE, folks. The next John Moore Services Rep/Technician may not give you the WHOLE TRUTH about your systems. I also called to find out whose master plumber's license they operate under. It took quite a while to get that info. They did NOT want me to have that. i should let the plumber know their business tactics.
