Evan did an outstanding job in his assessment and prioritization of my plumbing issues, thus ensuring that my most pressing needs are handled first and in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciate this. Then, Giovanni and Sabastian did an outstanding job in taking care of the garbage disposal installation, sprayer installation, faucet leak and multiple cutoff valve problems that I had. I greatly appreciate the excellent work they all did.

I had a technician come out to my home (Keith) this past Friday for an AC tuneup. The technician was prompt, very considerate of my home, efficient, very personable as well very courteous. Keith gave me good positive feedback, and peace of mind.

My 14 year old garbage disposal began to leak. I called John Moore Plumbing late in the evening and was able to get an appointment for the next day. Tech. John Crowder arrived on time at the very beginning of my four hour window. He was very personable and professional. He gave me three options and explained the difference between the three units. I selected the one that I wanted and he installed it in no time at all and at a reasonable price. I feel like John Moore runs a good, honest business. I don't feel that way about many of the repair people that I've dealt with in the last few years. I would highly recommend John Moore to friends and family.

We just had a check up for our a/c and furnace today. Mr. Jones was the professional that came out today. Very polite, very knowledgeable with any questions we had. Very detailed in his explanation. Very very satisfied with John Moore. Thank you

Technician provided notice that he was in route. He arrived timely.

He listened to my description of my issues and then provided numerous service and price options.

He provided price estimates of suggested service items.

He promptly repaired the one item I chose for today.

Our AC capacitor went out on a Saturday. Called John Moore and they had an answering service (on a Saturday which was great) that was able to schedule a visit for the next day on a Sunday first thing for our AC not working. Technician was friendly, punctual and had great communication. Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired easily. Would recommend 100percent

I did not have electricity in over half my home for a month. The breaker would shut everything off whenever I would plug in or turn something on. Within the hour of Mr. Graves arrival he identified & fixed the issue!! I now have 100% electricity in my home! Thanks John Moore for having a Valuable, Knowledgeable & Courteous employee!! Dalen, Steve, and their digging crew did a great job today. I appreciate them completing my sewer drain replacement job before the July 4th holiday. They worked their butts off in 100⁰ Texas heat. They were all very professional, polite, gave great updates and advice. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for them again. Thanks John Moore Services. 👍🏽

We had Allan Murillo as our technician from John Moore and he explained all our options thoroughly and genuinely cared about what was best for us. He spent extra time to help and explain and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. He is amazing and I would definitely recommend him and John Moore to others.

Regarding John Moore Services HVAC. No relationship to John Moore. Steven England came to our house three times to work on repairing and ensuring that our HVAC was repaired and working. The price was more than reasonable, as I have been screwed by another company in the Katy area. I cannot be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and reasonable price we received, and all of my future business will go to this company. David E. Moore
