First off I called with an open mind. It's 95-102 degrees outside. The first person I spoke with was Michelle, just nasty and rude. For some reason this lady must have thought I was a stay at home mom. Oh no I work. I had to take five minutes out of my work morning to call John Moore because I needed help. First mistake I should have hung up the phone. Second mistake was agreeing to have someone come to my home. The time was between 1400-1800. I did call a couple of times to find out his ETA. The second time I called it was 1804 and Henry said he would be there in 30-35minutes. Now when he arrived he sat outside my home for a few minutes without calling me. I just happen to call him at 1840 and he answered and said he was outside my home. So I drove two blocks back to my home to meet him. I asked, why didn't you call me? Henry stated you only get ONE call. Henry had never called me period. That was rude in itself. I should have canceled right then and there. Oh but to add insult to injury he started saying things like you paid a lot for this unit. You should have been doing maintenance every year. Your motor will be $1400 to replace, your condenser $450 and to clean that dirty coil will cost you as well. Henry was so rude I will never recommend John Moore to anyone... I will f/u with a picture of Henry so that everyone can be aware. This is the person that's representing John Moore's company..

Allan worked in our AC unit as it wasn’t blowing cold air through the house. He showed up very early and got to work immediately! Allan walked me through the issues we were having and explained what needed to be done. Overall my experience was outstanding and I will definitely be coming back for future services. Thank you so much Allan!

Had a leak called John Moore they temporarily fixed leak until they could come back 2 weeks later to repipe entire house. They did a horrible job. They did not place anything down when they cut the Sheetrock, got debris all over house and belongings like dishes, beds and toothbrushes. They did not inform or tell me where they were going to be cutting just cut. Cut thru cabinets destroying them. They put several holes in walls and ceilings where no pipes are located. They broke a light in attic and ac unit. Was without ac for 5 days do to this. They hooked up washing machine water connections incorrectly. Left dirty wet towels hidden in bathroom drawers and trash in piles in closets where they did no work. They left metal pieces and screws all over floors, did not clean up anything. When I called to complain and speak with someone was given to customer care and have yet to hear from them. I call and call they just take a message and never return calls. They scheduled appointment supposedly with city inspector waited all day no one showed only for John Moore to say they scheduled it for the a different day, waited again no inspector again called city and was told John Moore never set up appointment for them to come out. This company is the worst they will do a horrible job and will not return calls. For the price of services it’s not worth it. Do not recommend please find a better plumber do not use them.

As it was 100 degrees out and my unit was not running, I was extremely please with next day service. My technician Charles was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and addressed it. He even gave a maintenance tip to prevent the issue happening again in the future.

The tech came out to look at our plumbing, and he was very thorough with what he found in our pipes. I didn't get to use the business just yet since I'm waiting to see if I can get a reasonable quote from another place. The tech did respect my home as he came in with shoe covers, and that is a BIG plus! Thank you John Moore..

I had a issue with my ac unit went out in the middle of the night John moore sent out a technician the same day few hrs after I called. Kiel mire was my tech great work fast efficient and extremely professional give this man a raise 👏. I know for sure if I need anymore work done I need him to work on my equipment 5 star work.

John C. Came out today and was very through with looking at all of our concerns and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. They will be coming back tomorrow to fix everything. He was very professional and worked quickly while also making sure he looked at everything.

Steven England did a great job servicing my HVAC unit. Someone had come out the day before and wasn't very thorough, but Steven came out and helped rectify the issue. He was very courteous, professional and patient. He took time to explain things to me and made sure the work he was doing was done correctly, walking me through the process the whole time. I highly recommend his service with this company.

I asked for an estimate to clean my duct work and Mr. Rick came out on time, and did a comprehensive evaluation of my system and the price to do everything I asked for, He was very polite and courteous. I have hopes of using their service soon.
