I am only giving you one star because I need to post this message. This is Blanca Cerda, had the worst experience with your employees. I need to talk directly with Dave Valentino. Please give me the opportunity to explain to you first.

He worked very hard and was professional installing my air conditioner unit. He made sure everything got done in a timely manner. His assistant was a great as well.

The quote for a new tankless water heater was in excess of $10,100. Parts cost roughly $2,000 so I asked why the labor total for six hours of work would be $8,000. Didn't get a clear answer. Decided to call other plumbing services and discovered the normal prices for same item (parts & labor) should be between $4,100 and $5,000. Hired another company to do the work. Really poor business to charge customers more than DOUBLE!

My technician was very patient and listened to our problem was very attentive. He offered several suggestions as to how we can eleviate our problem. I was surprised he didn't offer any services when there was no need, mechanical wise, everything was good. I'll be calling John Moore for any other services my home might need as they have many other services, i.e. pest control, plumbing, AC l, water heater and furnace maintenance. They also have a membership that offers a lot of home maintenance.

Jonathan Clark came to my home to find out where the clog in my bathtub was. He was extremely professional from the start. He advised me that the repair I would need to fix the problem would be very expensive and even suggested an alternative solution. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work . Had a second technician come to my home for a roach inspection, he was rude from the moment he arrived and then told me it would be $650-$700 to get rid of the roaches but that price only included treating the inside of the home. I will recommend them for plumbing but nothing else.

I am very happy with the services Derric provided to bring my electrical switches and outlets up to code and safe. He also installed a new outside lighting fixture. Derric was respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you John Moore Services!

Conducted periodic maintenance on 2 AC units and had extra thorough cleaning of compressor and coils. The service man did an excellent job in cleaning, sanitizing, and testing temperatures of air at various points in the system. He also took a series of before and after pictures of the areas he cleaned and tested.
