This company installed our new AC a few months ago. Abraham came out to do a typical fall maintenance and ended up cleaning the drain while he was here! He was very polite and efficient and very easy to work with.

Seve was great! He replaced broken parts on our AC and went into detail explaining what he did and our options for the future. He was very educated and knew a lot about the home warranty that we were going through.

We had a 20 year old undersized AC unit on it last breathes. I searched a few AC companies and called them, but by far Efficient Air Houston had the best customer service when inquiring about potential products and services. I'm glad I went with them because they gave me a great deal on a brand new unit and assured the problem we had (undersized unit) with the first one didn't happen again (upgrade from 4 ton to 5 ton unit 😁). Sam knows what he's talking about when it comes to AC, and his team mirrors their leader 👏👏 They were professional and very knowledgeable. They started in the morning and by noon, after they finished, my house was an icy 75°F! Highly recommend Efficient Air Houston!!

I called Efficient Air when I had an emergency AC issue. Sam was very respectful and showed genuine sincerity. He was very honest and let me know what the problem was immediately with my unit's capacitor. He even reassured me that if any persisting issues occur he will personally come and repair them even in the middle of the night! I think Houston is very lucky to have caring people at Efficient Air looking out for their community's AC needs.

Sammy was very professional with the repair needed on my AC. He called me in advance to let me know his arrival time. He pinpointed the problem in matter of minutes and made the repair explaining what went wrong and how it was solved. Highly recommend Sammy.

I was very happy to reach someone that was polite and actually helped me when I needed assistance. Mayra was the representative that assisted me and was able to get a tech out quickly. On top of that my unit was serviced without having to replace it. I was glad that I wasn't taken advantage of. I would recommend Efficient Air to anyone I know.

1st round of duct work was Awful- No professionalism what's so ever. Plus the communication barrier was a bit of a problem. The second guy that came out was much better. He told me it was a terrible Job. 😒 also the ducts are so doped up I cut even close the flaps in the ducts to regulate air Flo, Sam accepted a few calls from me but after that all I got was Voice mail, they don't stay Tru to appointment times ever. I waisted several days waiting on them. They did call to set up one 6 month service check up and haven't seen or heard from them ever again. GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY PLEASE Spare Yourself ANY HEART ACHE

Efficient Air Houston came to my home when my AC wasn’t working. They were able to fix the problem within the first trip out and have my home cooling by the time the Technician Steven left my home. The technician was on time and polite and was very informative. I am extremely happy with their service & will use them for all of my air conditioning and heating needs in the future.

Seve came to my house for a pre-season tune up. He was very helpful, provided us walk-through of the issues with our AC units. He was very patient and told us about different options we could look at with his office. He offered insights we didn’t know about before.
