Efficient Air Inc

I bought a new unit from this company last summer, have had them out 5 times to fix the issue. The last time they finally found the problems. Now we keep calling but no response or action from the company or from Sam the owner. Oh yes one of their technicians also stepped on a pipe and caused water damage to our ceiling. They never have gotten back with us about this issue either. I’m very disappointed in their follow through. Made great promises but no action to repair issue. Very disappointed in their care for customer!!!!!

They were able to come out the same day when my AC went out overnight and Cory did a great job! He was very professional and took care of everything in a timely manner. And now my AC is working again! :) Would definitely recommend!

Absolute terrible service. They promised 3 yr. Free maintaince. Scheduled 3 times, all appointments they fail to appear without a call. They state they are too busy, to perform maintaince as required to maintain warranty. I highly highly suggest you Go anywhere else, they are terrible.

Had my A/C replaced back in April and it has worked great for the past 6 months. Just received a call for Fall Maintence check, didn’t even have to think about it. Ibrahim came out and completed a thorough check and was so kind and friendly. He really took care of our home and I feel we are in good hands. Great company!

***This review is not 5 star for efficient air, I’ve had an overall terrible time with them, it is only for their employee that came today (the first employee that has done well out of 3)***Josh2 came early (7:30am when appointment wasn’t until 11-4) this was a good thing for me since our upstairs unit had not been working for 5 days, but a heads up call 30 min prior would have been great. A frog jumped in the door when I opened it for him, I was holding my baby so Josh was kind enough to catch it and put it back outside. He was very polite and quick. Did not leave a mess. Thanks Josh2!

Abraham came to my house to do the heating system checkup and get everything ready for winter. He checked everything out, and was professional and polite. The scheduler (Mayra), got me on the calendar quickly! I am happy to be an Efficient Air customer!

Joshua Hernandez came out, excellent technician, showed me a few pointers with my units. Overall, did a superb job instructing me on routine maintenance I need to be performing. Also, checked one of my thermostats and programmed my thermostat correctly.

This company as a whole is amazing. They called and reminded me of my free maintenance and went ahead scheduled a technician to come in. Abraham came to the house and he was very professional. He explained the maintenance he did and answered all our questions and concerns in details. very very grateful.
