DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT. this industry is one of thw most corrupt industries. It is extremely difficult to find one of this companies or an ac guy that will not try to rip you off. I made the grave mistake of hiring this company to install a brand new ac system in my house. They did a very poor job at installing it. The unit kept giving us problems. Keep in mind that this company guarantees their work and equipment. When something went weong with the ac they would want to charge a fee for coming out to look at it. This company operates just like an insurance company. They will give you a guarantee but when you have an issue their mission is not to come and fix your problem. Their mission is to try and figure out how not to come out and fix it so they will not honor the guarantee. I made the grave mistake of hiring this company that is basically a bran new company. It wouldn't surprise me if the reason they are so new is because they been scamming people for so long that once they use up the name of the company like a parasite they just adopt another name to keep scamming people. Learn from my mistakes. DO NOT HIRE A COMPANY THAT HAS NOT BEEN AROUND FOR ATLEAST A DECADE. or you run the risk of hiring one of this parasitic companies that just keep changing names.
Abraham and Justin came out to service my ac unit that i got from efficient air almost two years ago. I am pleased with their service and that they worked with me on an issue with my ac unit and that’s the reason I am giving the company 5 stars. If you’re thinking about going with efficient air to replace your ac unit, just be aware with your contract. I did not know that the warranty does not cover clogged drain lines and I had to come out of pocket to pay for the service (and it wasn’t cheap). Like I said, i am only giving them 5 stars because of Abraham and Justin. They helped me out and saved me some money.
Every since the units were installed in my home, I've had problems!!!! When I call every associate acts as if they all have no clue of what service I received. They don't know my last scheduled service, and it's extremely frustrating. I'm currently home now and I'm waiting on the technician. I had to call them about an ETA. I was told the technician would be here between 12pm-5pm. I called at 1545 because I had no updates, and I was told the tech was just arriving to a job in Spring texas. Not good for me because I live on the east side of Houston. So the representative told me she gud hello be arriving to my home around 1800 r 1900. Well I've had no updates and they are currently closed, because when I called a representative answered the phone, put me on hold then never came back to the phone. So I'm still in my home over 2 weeks with 3 rooms that don't cool, and I have 6 kids. I'm obligated to pay over $25,000 to this company for a service that I'm not properly receiving. It's very frustrating because I keep getting the run around. So efficient air is NOT and has not been a good company to me in my opinion! After I pay this service off I WON'T return nor shall I return for anything... Thank you for NOTHING EFFICIENT NO AIR!!!!
Sam, I've been trying to get your scheduling department to call me to put the part in A/C at 166 Lynn Dr. They call week before last to schedule the appointment. I first said yes to the 6/29 appointment. Then look at my calendar and told them that was not a good day. We need to reschedule. I have been calling almost every day since and still no one has responded with date. It will be 2 weeks this Friday trying to get a date set. The A/C has been out since May 16th. There
I have a leak in my condenser unit in the attic and I called Saturday and spoke to Jennifer and she immediately took care of my need’s. She said technician his name is Josh I think and came way earlier than I expected which works pretty good with my schedule. He diagnose the problem and showed me where the leak was and he told me he will replace the clogged drain pipe. He even told me how to properly do regular maintenance of the filter. Work was completed in1 hour to say the least. I’m in good hands like Allstate with Josh and efficient air. Thanks a lot Josh. You are very honest and very knowledgeable about your business.
They never answer the phone! You wait on hold for and hour to get a voicemail, and they don't even call back. Worst part is we are using them for our home warranty for them to come out to give our warranty company a quote and they had to send to the same guy out TWICE for a quote because he forgot about us. 2 WEEKS WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT AC BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SLOW AND NOT RESONSIVE! - if it wasn't for our warranty company using them I personally would never use them!
Abraham was very helpful and fixed our AC super quickly! Very professional and did it in a timely manner. If we have any problems again, we will definitely be requesting Abraham because he seemed very knowledgeable about the job and knew what he was doing!
