Today I had a visit of Bon a contractor from the Houston areas., he drove to Killeen Texas, knowledgeable and professional, the only question I have is we purchased a unit when the Temps were over 100 Constantly in the Killeen area we pay monthly over $400/mo yet was sold an electric unit which can't handle the cold weather of 30 below, my unit run for over 12 hours and it went from 72 to 73, yet I was told that for an additional $1295 I can get 2 power surge and a heavier heater strip I would really appreciate some type of humanity, when the state of Texas goes from 20 to 75 in a day's time, which I know you r totally aware of
