Update: turned unit off last Sunday after it stopped working. Suffered through heat until Friday. We decided to turn unit back on. It is now cooling. Have attempted call company to notify them their services are no longer needed. Sent something called SMS because no on answered phone and their voice message was full (not sure what that'll do). Sent text message to owner notifying him services no longer needed. Poor product. Does not cool the entire house efficiently. Eventually stopped cooling altogether after only 2 years. Called the company this past Monday, June 6. They're not sending anyone until Sunday, June 12. They're leaving my elderly mom with health issues, dog, cat, and I to suffer in Houston the heat for a week. It's been high 90s to low 100s. They say 24/7 but not sure what that means because no one to accept calls 24/7 nor provide service 24/7.
I absolutely love the way this company works! I needed an estimate to replace my air conditioning system, they had someone come out the same day! Got a good deal & they were able to install the samw day! Very happy with my new trane system! Everyone was very professional and friendly! Definitely recommend :)
I am a 26 year Army veteran and new homeowner. I was having trouble with my HVAC system so I called Efficient Air for help. They told me I needed a complete new system and that they would replace my system with the same type of system that I already had and that the only difference would be that the new system would be more efficient and my electric bill would be cut in half. At the end of installation, they told me that it was impossible to install the three thermostats that I originally had and they made the thermostat that controls my spare bedrooms also controls the main living area of my house. I have contacted them many times and to the date of this posting, I have not received any help resolving my issues. My electric bill used to be $250 a month and this last month was just under $1000. They told me it was because of a dirty filter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Seve did an excellent job with his service, showed up when he said he would. Dealing with the front office was a completely different story. Took 45 mins to talk to someone to confirm my appointment time, was put on hold for another 45 mins to be told my appointment was changed without my knowledge. When calling again - I kept getting connected to “royal air” which was a completely different company. I only used efficient air because my home warranty assigned them to me.

I got a system put in and I am satisfied with my new unit and the service I’ve received. Definitely recommend them for your services.
I purchased a brand new Trane HVAC system from this company March 20th, 2020. It came with a 5 year maintenance agreement, they would change the filter, and it came with other incentives as well. This particular system only require a filter change every six months.The system also came with 10 year warranty. The office personnel was to send the warranty of and Trane was to send me the information in the mail. I thought this was an exceptional value. I have yet, till this day to receive any warranty information although I have called several times to request it. The salesman was very nice and professional. They came to install the system the next day as promised but they were very very late.The system had not even been installed but for a few days before I had to call them back because it was not cooling. The technician Eddy that came out to service the system. He was was very punctual as well as professional. He spent at least 1 hour here filling the AC unit with freon and performing other task, that apparently were not completed upon installation. I have had to call them back out a total of 4 more times since then. The last 2 times (within 2weeks) the technicians came out they did not do anything. The first one said that we needed to change the filter and that he did not have any on his truck. He said that when he called the office they stated that I am scheduled to have maintenance in August and they would bring it then. The person came out today to check the system but he did not have the filter. When he called the office he stated that the contact did not say the filter was included. Although everyone encountered has been very nice and professional, I think the service is horrible. They do not stick by their product/labor. It saddens me to say this because they are very nice but I would not under any circumstances recommend them to anyone. The 24/7 claim that they make is also not true. Everytime I call (average time holding before someone comes on the line 30 minutes) they only have appointments 2-3 days out. This leads me to feel that once a customer purchases their system, they are no longer the priority. They do not value their existing customers with this policy/practice.
*******UPDATE******** Upon reading this review (Sam) the owner called me right away and was very sincere in his efforts to make the wrongs right. He scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out and he even gave me his direct number in case I ever have any more problems, I could call him. The technician did not arrive in the time frame 8-1 as promised so I called Sam. He immediately sought to give me an ETA for the technician. He arrived 4 hours passed the window given but upon arrival he replaced the filter and performed
*********Update*********6/22/2022 When you call this company it goes directly to voicemail. The price we paid for the new HVAC system included a maintenance package and I can never get in contact with them to fulfill that service. Please do yourself a favor and think twice before purchasing from this company. It is hard to contact them and even harder to get them to stand behind what they promised.
