Air Star Now

Billy came out to give me some ideas to help maximize the efficiency of my AC/Heat systems. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Gave me some recommendations that made sense. Especially about making the indoor air quality better. I will use this company again in the future.

THANK GOD FOR BILLY! Oh my WORD! We called and called all around tonight to find someone, ANYONE who might come out sooner than Monday (this being late Saturday evening when we discovered our A/C unit had stopped working) and NOBODY could help us. Everyone was scheduling for Monday. We have two elderly individuals here at home, one of which unwell and the heat isn't good for her. I almost gave up, but then saw Air Star Now and thought, well, I'll try one more company. I got in touch directly with a tech, told him our problem, and he was out to us in less than 40 minutes. Did not take long to find the issue, fix it, helped us be informed and the price was reasonable. HE was beyond reasonable, professional, I will ABSOLUTELY continue to do business with this company for as long as Billy works there, especially if all (or even most) of their tech's are as great as he was. I can not boast this enough. Air Star Now was there when noooobody else would or could be. If you find yourself in our shoes and can't get your usual place out to you, I HIGHLY recommend this company and even more so Billy. You will not be disappointed. I was having some trouble with my dryer vent and we contacted AirStar. Their quick response was appreciated. Our technician’s name was Junior. He was very helpful, informative and always had a smile on his face. His work was very precise, clean and professional. He kept us updated on the progress of the project and finished the work in the given time period. Also, he followed all of the CDC guidelines for COVID. He went above and beyond in saving three baby birds that were living in our old dryer vent. The amount quoted was reasonable and there were no additional or hidden charges when it came time for payment. I would like to thank AirStar and Junior for a good experience.

My AC was blowing and not cooling. I called Air Star Now and Jared was out to my house in less than an hour. My AC started cooling again shortly before his arrival, but he still checked it out and explained the issue to me. I'll definitely be using them again for any future AC needs.

Very reliable and experienced technician Bill had came by a knew exactly what the problem was and took care of it very quickly. He double checked everything else just to see and make sure there wouldn’t be any other problems and he was there on the spot without any hesitation. My wife, son and myself get to sleep comfortable tonight thanks to Bill and AirStar being there when others weren’t available. I’m glad that they weren’t because now I know I have somebody who does HVAC in my contacts that I can count on or even refer my friends and family to. Thanks again Bill you are lightning fast, knowledgeable and professional.

I've been using Billy and his team for the last 6 years. These guys have been easy to work with, on time, and very knowledgeable. I like that every maintenance or visit I have are with the same familiar faces which shows my consistancy . Definitely my friends and my go-to for service.

I did all my homework and do diligence for more than month after getting five quotes That I put off due to Covid I was so frustrated I didn't know who to trust with my home I contacted Airstar and A young man by the name of Nick came out he went through my system and all my duckwork he explain to me that the issues I was having was from lack of return air to my master bedroom ,not one of the other four companies recommended adding a return to my master bedroom I believe they were just on a high paced sales pitch and ready to move onto the next job Nick took his time to ask me about all the issues that I was having with my home also asking what I thought was the most important room in the home simple question anyways moving past that Nick presented to me with four options I went with his suggestion there Premier system with the purchase he also included the additional return at no cost The install went smooth. the guys were in and out in about six hours at the end of the day Nick came back by to walk the job and took his time showing me how to use the thermostat gave me his personal cell phone number and told me if I had any problems or questions to contact him directly.

I’m so happy with this company , my a/c got broke and I thought was something simple but no, I was needing to change the system so I called this company they answered all my quest so well , they where really nice!! And they got my system ready at the same day. Thank you air star I will highly recommend them.
