Air Star Now

Typically (read that as “never”), I don’t write reviews but wanted to share how pleased I was with Air Star. They were prompt, professional, and very easy to work with. They explained all the options for a house of our size/age, what work would be entailed, as well as they’re specific recommendations. The entire process was smooth and simple, and now my house is once again cool and comfortable! Can’t recommend them enough!

About 3 months ago, we met Billy of Air Star Now via a referral by a friend who had an excellent experience with them. Ou experience was equally great. Our system went down on a Friday afternoon. Our units are less than 2 years old. Billy came within 2 hours. I was pleasantly surprised/impressed when Billy remarked, we will stay until we get your unit working - well. he stayed until well past 10PM, and got us going again. He implemented a temporary solution, and came back the next day to put in a permanent fix.
In this day and age, it is rare to fund such conscientious people and customer-centric company. Their exemplary behavior had made us a customer for life.

They're amazing! They came out to fix my AC after we had some really negative interactions with other HVAC companies. They had a technician out within an hour. The repair was fast and the technician was great. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone I know!

Thank you air star!! After calling three different ac companies told me I had to replace my 7 year old system, I was told I had to replace my system. Finally after asking some friends they recommended air star. They walked me through everything, they were extremely honest and friendly. They were able to fix my ac without replacement!!! They informed of what I can do, what I should do, and when the time comes to replace my system I will only be calling one company.

Looked around for an ac repair company, and after reading what customers had to say about Air Sta Now, my mind was made up. After sending in a request to fix my ac unit I had the honor of meeting Billy 2 hours later and he did not disappoint. As a representative of Air Star Now, his professionalism, knowledge, and down to earth demeanor is what sets this company apart from the rest. No tricks, no loops, no beating around the bush. Ac is working great now and I could not be happier with the whole experiance. Air Star Now is a must try and I will be referring them to family and friends.

Jared was a great technician. He showed up on time and fixed my HVAC system problem right after my call. He also came back to install our wifi thermostat. He was patiently to help to install the app to our phones and showed us how to use the new device from our phones. Excellent customer service! We definitely use recommend Air Star for their excellent service.

Great service, competitive price, honest and professional team, we called in,and Nick a technician was sent to our freshly purchased home, he helped us size a select the right unit for our house and budget, the entire process didn’t take more than few hours, maybe half of a day, the whole crew showed up at my place and immediately started working, at the end of the day our house was cold and very clean.
I’d definitely recommend this people to my family, friends and to anyone out there with any AC related issues.

Billy came out at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it at a fair price. Very pleased with the service. They’re my HVAC guys from now on.
