Marvin has taken care of our HVAC systems during our many years as a customer. He is great at his job as well as a kind, honest person. Marvin knows what needs to be done and is a good communicator explaining issues and the process for accomplishing the job. I highly recommend this company. Liars and Worst service ever. Yesterday, the AC service name Marvin came over to check my AC unit and told me my unit is running as it was suppose to. Hi and low pressures were good and cooling inside the attic was good too. He added a new thermostat and disconnected the fan to add ground to the new thermostat. Now my unit is not running. He came today again and told my renters that I needed a new unit. He did not fix the thermostat fan and ground connections as the manual of the new thermostat requires. He did not call me and will not answer the phone. Called 10 times and not answer. Then I called the main office 10 times and talk to the manager Chris. He told me that he will call Marvin to find out what is going on. He called me right back to tell me I needed a new unit and I was low in Freon. He told me that they do not work on R22 units if they are leaking Freon, but for the last month the PSI pressure on the unit has been the same, no leaks. Then the manager hung up the phone and when I called back he will not answer the phone. I called my Ac guy and said the Freon was fine and the machine was running fine. These people just want to sell you a new unit. They charge an arm and a leg. I will NEVER do business with these people and will let everyone I know about how they want to rip people off. I can believe that they brag about how long they have been in business.
