Air Star Now

My heater stopped working right at the start of the cold weather. My unit needed a part that no one else seemed to have in stock. Luckily, Air Star was able to come out quickly and took time to properly diagnose the problem. They had the part in stock, and were able to install it quickly.
However, I felt that they overcharged quite a bit for the job, probably because they knew I was in a desperate situatuon. Whereas usually this type of repair could be done in a couple hundred dollars, I was charged over $1000. I was not happy with the price, but I can't complain about their work or professionalism because the they did a good job.

Thank you guys for the amazing, thorough work at my parents' house. Their AC was really old and it needed to get replaced. Billy and his team did an amazing job. Thank you!

Jared Mike and Junior went waaay beyond normal to help us with our ductwork problem. The price was fair, the work was professional, they called before arrival and showed up on time.

This past weekend, my parents' A/C stopped working and I called Air Star. That same night, Billy was able to get their A/C up and running again. My parents were so thankful!

Mark came out a few days ago when I noticed a weird smell when I turned my heater on. He went up in the attic to see where it was coming from. He was here a bit longer than I expected but he figured out what it was and got it fixed that same day. No issues since then. Thank you, Mark!

The service was good they changed my furnace and a/c, although I still have the same problem with the unit not heating the first floor properly, it is better but the upstairs is alway hotter. We will see in the sumer with the a/c

Yesterday my AC stopped working. I considered trying to service it myself but when it’s hot you just want it fixed. Called air star and Billy was at my house in a few hours. It took him 30 seconds to find the problem and a few minutes to fix it. They even offered a payment plan. Billy was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all my questions with ease.
