Air Star Now

I had problems with my a/c and I called this company at around 1am , Billy was so nice on the phone , and I spoke with him about the problem I had with my A/C. I was expecting him to show up on the following day , but he told me he was able to come that same day. He showed up 45 mins later and did a great job, I am sharing this because I want the houston community to know that they are available 24/7 and you can count on them! I called other companies and air star now was the only company I was able to reach, thank you so much for being available 24/7!

First off I’d like to preface that service was exceptional!
Talked to billy about my my AC repair and he was quick to respond with a solution, upon further review we realized that it was not my AC but my hot water pipe. He was very nice to refer me to a reputable plumber and I cannot be any more happy with the awesome service i received!!

When my ac started blowing warm air Friday, I search Google for ac repair near me and I picked them cuz of the Astros colors. Marie took my call and said some one could come out within the next 2 hours so that was good. They called before they showed up, and was on time within the timeframe she gave me. He went to look, came back showed me pictures on his tablet, of all the things wrong with my unit. I was “oh here it comes” but the he said he could replace an electrical component and add a heart start that might get this ole thing through the summer, but i should start budgeting for a replacement. All in all I got my air up and running in a decent amount of time for a decent amount of money. I mean hey we in Texas. We will pay whatever,
But I feel like I was treated fairly and I am saving their number for next time.

Billy is a true professional and great at that. Had emergency with my ac going out after midnight, I reached out and he was at my home within 30 minutes and fixed our ac unit. We couldn’t thank him enough all around great guy and even better at what he does you won’t regret it if you are to go with him!

Jared, was asked to make a day earlier scheduled maintenance appointment.
He arrived and was very professional. He was easy to talk to and very helpful in making suggestions and his recommendations. He was specific in detail to what my unit would need and the efficiency to adequately expect.
I was very impressed with his knowledge and his comfortability in addressing what the unit would be produce... Definitely deserves 5stars

This company is the most responsive and knowledgeable HVAC organization I’ve ever done business with in Houston. Billy and his staff are very professional and quick to respond to my requests. They often come out same day for installation and/or repaired, and have been there at night for emergencies. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I want your company to know that you have the most knowledgeable and caring sales and Servicemen in your company , Jason is a very customer oriented young man with intention of making sure That the customer is extremely satisfied with the product and the Service tech Nick did an overall check and maintenance on my units. He was also very professional. I highly recommend Both them. Being retired in sales in oil and gas, i honor people like them to pursue these same customer service qualities This Company is fortunate to have them .

This is some really good people.
Well, air conditioner broke and I had somebody come out for free to tell me I needed a new one and it was going to be $18,000! I thought I was gonna die in this Texas heat my good friend Mari said she said you try Air star they do business like we used to do business in olden days. Now they going to charge you $49 but I know one thing you can trust them. So I called up there spoke to a gentleman he sent somebody over in two hours and guess what? I got a new control board.
And I didn’t even have to pay $1000! And my AC is blowing cold on me right now so you call Air Star.
And stay away from them big name conglomerates

i was trying to give another review but i guess i have to update for this one. because they called me and i got on an special members plan so they can check everything out every 6 months, like the doctors do and I like that because they have special treatment for stars members and i like special treatment so when i get ready to have more work i am going to have special warranty and all of that so it is good.

I am a disabled veteran. I found Air Star on Google and Billy came over very quickly. He was extremely professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with the service and the price. I will definitely recommend Air Star to my family and friends.

I’m so impressed with Mark and AirStar. He came out here at 8:30pm and fixed our AC and even taught me how an AC system works! Now my wife is happy and the kids can go to bed with cool air. Thank you SO much! I’m a lifelong customer now.
