Air Star is the best company you could call on. They answered me so quickly, and were able to come out the same day. They are definitely worth every penny. The whole experience from the front desk, to the tech flows with ease. They are my go to ac company now!

Nick was Great outstanding young man, he knew his job first time around. He was very professional greet guy. Appointment time was for 0900 am, he called to see if I wouldn't mind that he came early. Hell no I didn't mine I was roasting, thank you Nick.

I had issues with my AC unit. I called Air Star Now and had them check it out, they were very prompt to come to the house. Billy was very knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my capacitor! Super company and super great customer service! Definitely recommend using these guys!

I called Air Star Pros when my AC broke down and they came to help me within hours! Very courteous and professional 👏 they are very efficient. I was worried about my sick elderly father and my baby not being comfortable in our HOT HOUSE, but these people came and saved us! Thank you Air Star Pros! Oh, and another thing is that they are HONEST, they won't charge you 20k for something that is 8k like other companies do. Give them a call, this is the best AC company out there by far!

Air Star Plus has superior customer service with very polite, professional, and courteous service techs. They showed up on time, came prepared, did the job, cleaned up everything, assisted with getting awesome payment plan. I waited a month since the service to see what a difference the new ducting, vents and other adjustments made would effect me electric bill before giving a review. Well, my electric bill went down by 40%. I am so grateful to have come across this company during my search and would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone needing AC work. THANK YOU Air Star!!

I cannot praise these guys enough, if there were 10 stars I would ✨️ give them that, I called almost at midnight for AC not working, Billy Wagner was the on-call tech who responded and showed up when he said at almost midnight, he found and fixed my issue ,the price was perfect as well as service.they will be who I call from now on for any Issues. These guys are great !!!!

6/11/21 My home warranty dispatch a ac repair company to my home for AC repair. It turns out that the company put freon in my unit which the tech said was needed (2) lbs. Also stated that I needed a new coil. He was at my home for approx 10 minutes. Mind you I replaced the coil last year. Within 20 minutes my house was 92 degrees inside. I couldn't get the ac company nor the home warranty company to send the tech back out to no avail and they made no apologies.

With overwhelming urgency, I contacted Air Star Now on today 6/12/21 and was greeted with a pleasant professional on the other end of the phone. His name was Billy Wagner. I explained the situation and without hesitation and compassion he said he will come out to check my unit.

30 minutes later he was at my residence with a welcoming smile and a look that resonated honesty. He introduced himself and immediately got to work on assessing the issue. He diagnosed the issue and devised a plan of action all the while explaining every step of resolution. Billy Wagner and Air Star Now saved my 85 year old mom and grandbabies from enduring further discomfort. I am forever grateful and highly recommend Air Star Now!!!!

Awesome customer service and very professional. Had been having issues with keeping my house cool. After talking with Billy and discussing how much my system was actually costing in repairs as well as my electricity bill, decided to go with new two stage system. I couldn’t be happier, have already seen a dramatic drop in my electricity bill which is great considering summer is here. The install guys were all very respectful of my house, very professional and did a fantastic job. Could not be happier!! Will be recommending them to everyone who asks.

I cant say enough good things about this company. Billy came out at midnight on a Sunday before my family and I left for vacation and got my ax going again. I called at 11 and billy answered my call and was here at 12:30. These guys are the real deal. They deserve every penny they charge for the work and professionalism they do.
