Air Star Now

I had an awesome experience.
Unfortunately what I was hoping was a few
hundred dollars to fix turned out to be a
whole new system was needed due to
availability of parts . Jason did an excellent job explaining every bit of detail for what my
options were, and went into detail as to
what is included with their replacement and service. After realizing what I was getting and the value that Air Star brought, I was alright with getting this installed. Also, shout out to Junior and Alfredo the team. They were really fast considering all the work needed to be done and the amazing part was that it was only a few hours after I had my appointment, and they did everything same day. This is a full A/C unit and HVAC system installed, and they even corrected things our builder messed up as part of the

Quick help and good service. I called on a week end with the AC Broken. The tech arrived within 39 min.

Mr. Jared was Awesome Sauce! He made sure I understood everything, and what he was doing next. After my diagnosis, he realize that my system was clogged in the air pipes and water wasn’t draining. He was in and out in an hour. It took him no time. I appreciate the company, with the urgent call last night after I found them on Angie’s List! All I can say yes I’m very impressed with this company I have family Over from out of town my upstairs AC for my guest bedrooms stopped working All the sudden I found AirStar which is a located 15 minutes away from me When I called the tech call he said he could be there in 20 minutes right on time he arrived swiftly diagnosed my problems with my AC unit cleared my AC drain line for the primary and secondary This company really looks out for the customers instead of charging me a 129 diagnostic fee he waved it and just signed me up for their membership program and let me know that if I have any other emergencies membership program I will not have to pay an after hours fee again taking time to write this review so that everybody else can learn what a customer service oriented business AirStar yes look forward to seeing you guys in the fall

Since I bought my house, and it has 10 years AC system, I'm using Aitstarnow, they have a membership where they will come twice a year to check the system and this service save me a lot of time and hassle as I know how my system is working, the price is very good the service is excellent, today Nick Raymond provide me with summer tuning, the system is leaking Freon, he scheduled to check the leak, this small problem cost a lot of money in electricity, I recommended having them, hope you never have any problems but it's always good to know

I been a customer of Billy's since way back when he and his dad were in business together. I must say, that I was really glad to find that he was now Air Star Now, and I can continue to enjoy the same level of service from respectable technicians, that actually know how to fix it. Prices are fair cuz the quality of work is the highest, and their ethic is outstanding; they stand behind their word and their work. That's rare in the service industry.

Jason with Air Star Now came over to check on two of our AC units. We had AC tune up’s done on both. Jason was incredibly professional and kept it real! He was thorough and provided all of the information for us to make an educated decision on what steps to take next or consider taking in the future. He wasn’t pushy or anything which I liked. We’re taking his suggestions into consideration and would definitely recommend his services!

Jared from Air Star was thorough, informative, and friendly when performing yearly maintenance on my AC system. He gave practical advice on upkeep, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and, unlike many HVAC companies, he did not try to upsell me at every corner. Of course, he provided recommendations on ways to improve my system (along with reasonable explanations) and pitched their subscription service, but he definitely did not present them with any “pressure sales tactics,” and didn’t push when I declined. As a person who likes to do most things himself, I particularly liked that Jared wasn’t cagey with his answers on how I can do certain things myself, even if that means less things they can charge me for. That sort of attitude wins them a customer for life from my point of view.

I 100% plan to use them point-forward for my regular yearly maintenance and for any emergencies should they arise. Air Star is a solid, people-oriented business and not a call-center job farm, and their level of professionalism and personal attention reflects that. Great service, great people, and a great value. I highly recommend.

Exceptional service! One of my AC units was diagnosed and repaired (new motor installed) within a couple of hours. Excellent supply chain system allowing new motor drop-off for immediate repair. The All Star serviceman Billy was very professional, courteous and hard working, in temperatures hovering around 100degF.. a real pro. Pricing was very reasonable. All in all, a good experience and a company I would strongly recommend to others with HVAC needs.

My unit was not working so I contacted Air Star & the individual that answered the phone was great, they provided service immediately or able to get out and get my upstairs AC back running for me with just a small part repair. I also signed up for their star membership, great company all around, would definitely refer them to my friends and family.
