Very professional and very nice I was so HAPPY he was able to do it TODAY very happy customer.

Last night my A/C stopped blowing cold air. I called 3 different 24hr repair companies, and all of them couldn't make it out til the morning, or just never called back. I called Air Star, and Billy came out within half an hour! He was very friendly, and was able to replace the conductor on my outside unit in just minutes. Definitely recommend!

My issue was the emergency drain pan was continuing to overflow.
Another vendor quoted $10K to replace AC system entirely and would not diagnose why the emergency drain pan was overflowing. AirStarNow technician looked at the pan and the primary overflow mechanism - the drain to the upstairs bathroom piping. He cleared the clog in the primary drain and the emergency overflow drained in a couple of hours. They are responsive and explain the issue completely. Quick response time too.

Fast and professional service for my broken AC unit! Mark was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, provided options and information and did a great job fixing my system. He provided some quotes for some further issues he found during the diagnosis and repair. I have joined their annual inspection/repair service and the savings are good and price is very fair. One word. Amazing. We were switching our old thermostat to a Nest and ended up shorting a fuse on the wall panel. We called EVERYONE to come out but it was a Sunday night. 11pm at night. We got a call from Billy saying he was in our area and could come right away. He was a god send. He came in and knew the quick fix to getting our Nest back on and house cooling. We will definitely be using them for our regular tune ups and could not recommend them any higher stars! Amazing customer service and even called today to ensure everything was perfect. Texas summers are durable thanks to Billy and team!

I would highly recommend Air Star Now. Our home needed an emergency fix on our A/C and after calling 4 other companies, Air Star Now informed me they were able to come out to help us. Their technician, Jared, was at my home within an hour of confirming the appointment ( which was around 9:30pm). Jared was very professional and efficient with the issue. He was able to fix the problem in under 2 hours! We are so thankful to have the issue resolved so quickly and we highly recommend Air Star Now.

I was having horrible issues with my A/C not working and with summer coming I was dreading the possible expense of a new system. Called Air Star, after calling some other reputable companies, and they were able to get me scheduled way quicker than I thought was possible. Turned out to be a simple thermostat issue costing a couple hundred bucks! They also serviced my system and made sure it was in working order for the summer.
