Air Dynasty Ac & Heating

We’ve had Air Dynasty out twice now for A/C repairs through American Home Shield. I actually requested them the 2nd time. Both times I’ve been happy with them. They are honest and courteous. I’d request them again if needed.

Air Dynasty sent tech Dario Duarte, he arrived early for the appointment was in contact for the appointment the whole way. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on with the AC unit. He provided pictures of the inside of the unit to show what was going on inside also. Highly recommended!!

Pedro was very nice. Came to tighten thermostat and double check air conditioner. Very knowledgeable about job. Thank you

I have had several outstanding services from this business. Today I had Steven as my HVAC technician. He was prompt, called me 30 minutes prior to arrival so I was ready for his arrival. I was so thankful for his and your services. Also he did a service that probably is not a regular service item. One of my cats decided to climb the ladder into the attic. He was able to finally get him and hand him done to me. My cat has never done this before, but I was so happy that he could help me with that.

Easy to work with and Pedro, the tech that visited our house, was professional. Would use again! Hopefully the folks at Air Dynasty will be able to pull thru and make it happen with my home warranty company. 🙂

We had several issues with our HVAC. These guys were great. They were here to fix the AC and then we had difficulties with the heater. They couldn’t get the system to turn on and they sent out a different technician to find the problem. It ended up being the heater. They helped us with the additional cost, and we ended up getting the whole system repaired and up and running. I cannot imagine any other HVAC services being any better than what we received. We appreciate so much your help with the cost, the great job you did, and all the courtesy you showed to us. Thank you so much, Arlen and Jackie Allison.

My experience with Dynasty was excellent because of Kevin the tech man was awesome! He has great customer service skills. Rate a easy 10
