The technician Dario Duarte was very professional, supportive and easy to deal to solve the problems. He also explained me what was wrong, what he fixed and advised what to do for future. I also spoke to Tech coordinator Rolando who also gave a good price for this work to be done. So far everything is working well and better I will refer this company to my family and friends for their A.C services.

mark was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue with our ac. i also appreciated the receptionist she was also very sweet and knowledgeable. i appreciate that this company opens on sundays in houston each day with our ac is difficult. they came out the next day after i called them

I had an amazing experience with Air Dynasty! The technician Kevin did an amazing job with diagnosing my system, and Ariel the Field Supervisor did an amazing job with working with me and my home warranty company. He explained the process to me thoroughly and helped me get the most out of my claim and warranty coverage. They helped me get installed immediately and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone that's getting work done on their HVAC or is going through their home warranty company!

Abraham was very helpful, professional, and friendly! The system was fixed within the same day, which was great news with summertime around the corner!

Update:
The service technician, Abraham, was indeed, very helpful and everything I stated above was true. HOWEVER, I felt coerced into leaving it because the company employees get their bonuses based on the screenshots of five star reviews mentioning their name. While I think Abraham deserves five stars and the bonus, I do not believe the company does. My husband and I recently moved into this home. With it being our first house, there’s of course a learning curve that comes with it. So when I received a call from the company regarding what the tech was finding outside, I was told that the unit was very dirty, that we hadn’t done preventative care and cleaning (which we did recently clean the outside unit…), etc. stating that we had just over $2,000 worth of things needed cleaning and replacements outside of what was covered by American Home Shield. I told them I’d have to get with my husband on that since we weren’t anticipating anything out of pocket today. The person on the phone was very pushy, though, and just kept talking over me to explain how I could choose one of their options then for a 10-year contract with them to come back out twice a year for inspections and such. I said I would still have to discuss with my husband but asked what they could do today under the warranty. He tried to then disconnect the call but I asked again what would be corrected today then. He replied saying the capacitor was the only thing needing replacing?? And it would be covered by AHS. So I said ok, thanks, and hung up. This left me very confused and wondering if we truly needed more work or not then and I figured maybe some things were still dirty since we are new to this and learning what to clean and when I’m regard to home care.

Well then the tech comes back in, explains everything to me, shows me photos… he said the capacitor was the only thing needing a replacement and that the unit was very clean. That the AC would be working as it should now and we were good to go.

So that then makes me feel like the tech was honest but that the pushy sales person on the phone was just trying to make money off of us by lying about the unit needing a thousand dollars worth of cleaning and another thousand in repairs. Very frustrating.
