About a month ago Air Dynasty replaced both of our heaters and A/C units that were over 20 years old. Not only were they very reasonable in price compared to other quotes we received, but they came out and worked a 12.5 hr day to get both units replaced in a single day to minimize our disruption. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the new units are just awesome.

Pedro and Rayne were awesome! They were very professional and communicated all the problems we had with our AC unit for us to understand fully what the problem was. Will definitely recommend and re-use their services in the future.

Initial review: I had issues with my ac unit so I called my home warranty company to send someone out. They contacted this company and they were quick to come out first thing the following day. Kevin was really professional and was able to explain things in a way that was more educating than condescending which I really appreciate. They seem to be quick to fix the problem and work with the home warranty company getting my issues fixed the same day. Hoping this is the case since I've had a bad experience with my previous home warranty company.

Joseph came about 2 hours earlier than expected, what a nice surprise! He was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient with me in order to understand what the problem was. I would highly recommend Air Dynasty and Joseph for all repairs.

Jorge was professional and on time just like he mentioned. He checked my AC unit thoroughly to make sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with his service!

Sent by home warranty company to fix air conditioner that was not working. Tech determined that the condenser unit "failed" and needed to be replaced. Warranty company approved replacement of condenser unit but this company also submitted a list of "add-ons" that were "required" to bring the unit "up to code." These add-ons were not approved by the warranty company and would be an out-of-pocket expense. This also included a unit that was not comparable to my existing unit that "failed" and was considered a "budget" option, even though the existing unit was of better quality and the home warranty company had approved a replacement of comparable quality and efficiency. When I insisted that they replace the unit with a comparable unit, they increased the "add-ons" that were "required" to bring the unit "up to code" by an additional $1000. I was prompted to get a second opinion that resulted in the company finding a bad fan motor which was causing the unit not to run. My out of pocket costs went from $4000 to $400... I do not recommend this company.

Technician came out and did a full inspection and determined a cleaning was needed. Was very professional and did an excellent job! Also had to speak to home office and they were very responsive and helpful.

The technicians arrived timely and worked diligently while they were at my home. After being told by another AC company that the unit required several parts to be replaced and corresponding modifications to said replacements, Edgar (Air Dynasty) was able to find and repair the issue on the spot. I would strong recommend the company to anyone searching for quality HVAC services.

Company definitely “under promised and over delivered.” I was quoted 5-7 days for my AC repair and it only took 3.
The repair was covered by my home warranty. Prior to informing me of the repair need, the contact in their office gave me an inappropriate hard sell on other services I didn’t need.

COMPANY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!
I am appalled by the dishonesty displayed by the representatives of this company. We'd hired them last year to replace our evaporator coil on our unit, so naturally, we would reach out to them again when our unit stopped working unexpectedly. Unfortunately, this time we were lied to and deceived by the technician, the field agent, and Mr. Frank.
First of all, the technician would not immediately relay to me the issue that he found after he performed his diagnostic tests. He stated he had to make a phone call into the office, so to give him about 15 minutes, then he would let me know what's going on - Red Flag No. 1.
After 30 minutes, the tech rerurned and stated that there were faulty wires that had burnt out the system and zoning board so a field agent would be on his way to discuss the solution further.
Field agent arrived an hour or so later and immediately said we needed a new furnace and zoning board at the whopping cost of $9,357 - Red Flag No. 2. We mentioned to him that the tech did not say any of that to us, which prompted the field agent to proceed to phone Mr. Frank at the office who said that there's no way the wires could be repaired, therefore, the furnace and zoning board needed to be totally replaced since they were both burnt out.
As to be expected, I was frustrated and needed time to process this information. I then asked my spouse to contact another company for a second opinion because I became suspicious when the field agent said he could work out a deal on an entirely new HVAC system for $10.5k, then $10k flat after speaking to Mr. Frank if we'd agree to display their yard sign.
After contacting a more reputable company who came out the following day, it was discovered that the furnace was working fine and that we only needed to replace the zoning board, then had our system running within an hour.
Shame on all those involved because an honest reputation goes a long way.
