I strongly advise against using this company. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Back in March, they visited my home to assess my air conditioning units and informed me that two parts needed replacement. Unfortunately, one part took six weeks to arrive, and the other took a staggering 13 weeks.
During their visit, they also recommended changing a water retaining pan and performing a thorough cleaning of the furnace, coil, and condenser. I paid $1,235 for these additional services. However, since one of the units wasn't in use until the delayed part arrived, I couldn't verify its functionality at the time.
Just last week, the final part was installed, but now I'm facing a major condensing issue. When I called the company to request their immediate return, I was put on hold for a frustrating 45 minutes. When they finally got back on the line, they insisted that I contact my warranty company. However, I had paid for the service outside of the warranty, and considering the unit's failure to function properly, I expected them to honor their responsibility and come back to address the issue.
This company has proven to be unreliable, unfinished, and constantly attempts to upsell unnecessary items. Moreover, they left a mess behind after working in my home. I have no intention of ever allowing them to work in my home again, and I strongly caution others against using their services."
One more thing, if they respond by asking you to "call the office" that is just a waist of time and it may be that they are pulling your leg. This company is a fraud. don't use them.
Our tech/Dario was respectful, professional and did a complete check of cooling system. He repaired the actual problem with our system when we thought it was the coils in both units again as we had been lead to believe in the past. Thank you for your honesty and actual repairing the source. The office personal was awesome, our service ticket was canceled and work with me to three way the requesting server to reactivate my request for service that was cancelled in error. I will be using ther service in the future.
We had to deal with them through American home shield. Waited two hours for their arrival. When I called they said we never answered the phone for two days. When we checked our phone logs we had zero missed calls. The manager then informed me how they have over 60 calls a day and if we don’t answer they won’t come. When I explained we were looking at our phone logs she stated “well we have records we called.” Wonder who they called. I will be following up with the better business bureau and escalating this to their corporate office.
Edgar did an absolutely fantastic job! From communicating what he was going to do, to explaining the process all the way through he is the epitome of what professional service looks like!

First, they sent a young guy (which is fine if capable) who seemingly was seeing a mini-split unit for his first time. He was at the house almost an hour and best I can tell he didn’t take a single tool out or actually test anything. The result of which was Dynasty told AHS the whole thing was shot and needed replacement. However, replacement is covered by AHS but they put it in to AHS as “modifications” which isn’t covered. A unit I paid $2200 for new was now going to cost me $4000 to “replace” because of “modifications”.
Second, I tried calling the company to talk to a service manager and give them feedback on the Tech. First call - “Can you hold please?” Sure. On hold for an hour and the phone system kicks me off at an hour on hold. I call back, “Hold please”. Another hour on hold, system kicks me off. I call back the next day thinking maybe it was just crazy busy. Another hour on hold. 3 hours on hold I’ve yet to talk to someone.
Lastly, fed up with trying to resolve this through Dynasty and AHS, I had my normal AC guy come. He tightened the lines and charged the system with refrigerant and it’s working like a champ.
I really wish I could give this company 0 stars and I don’t know how they are still in business.

We recently had new units installed and soon after we discovered our secondary drain line was dripping constantly. We tried contacting the original company several times with no response, so we decided to use our Home Warranty service. Kevin, with Air Dynasty was extremely professional, polite, prompt, and kind. He diagnosed the problem and explained the solution step by step and had our system fixed in no time. Highly recommended! Thank you!
George was super polite and professional. The entire time he worked on the AC he kept communicating with me. He was the absolute best! I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Dario was very professional, thorough and friendly. He explained my repair in terms I could understand and increased my confidence in his work. He definately made my use of this company feel like a wise decision and strongly recommend to anyone.
Turns out I needed a Full HVAC Replacement and service because there was a substantial leak and the system was very old (21 years). Mark did the inspection and was very professional and great to work with and his supervisor John was very helpful in explaining available options and get our home back up and running. Additionally, our AC has been upgraded and the turnaround (inspection, meeting, and installation) was all completed in one day.
