Kevin Alfaro was the consummate professional. So happy with his professionalism. He was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about his profession. Walked us through the whole thing. We are recent East Coast transplants and feel like we hit jack pot with his service. Well done!

They were dispatched to me through American Home Shield. I’m livid. Pedro wanted me to leave him a good Google review and they hadn’t done any work yet, they just let me know what the issue was. Then they wanted me to buy an ac cleaner for $4,000! They had to have someone come remove the part. They came the next day and removed it. They kept it for a week! So we’re sitting here in a two story house with one unit trying to cool the entire house. So I called to see how much longer will they have my part because it had been a week already, only to be left on hold for 15 minutes. I call back only to hear the lady who put me on hold laughing in the background and for her to tell me that they would be bringing it the next day to install it. Well they came, installed the part and now two days later the issue isn’t fixed. Not only is my thermostat reading 75 degrees downstairs, the second unit is reading 74 degrees upstairs, so it’s possible BOTH my units are messed up. I asked AHS do they vet these contractors before sending them to people’s homes because the reviews on the BBB is horrible. My advice, use someone else. They are having to send them back out here and I’m beyond livid! Thinking of switching home warranty companies as well!

Air Dynasty AC and Heating: Edgar, Techician he was very professional. I really liked the fact that he put shoe cover on before entering my home. That was awesome. He was very prompt very nice technician and the other guys that had to come in a little bit later to assist him they were also very nice as well very professional, I just cannot give enough praise to Air Dynasty and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention American Home Shield thank you so very much Keep up the good work!!!😊

Air Dynasty and the serviceman they sent out name Mr. Pedro was great! Pedro was very polite, patience & very thorough with his diagnostic. I had an electrical problem, But once I get that repaired, I’m calling Air Dynasty back out and I’m also requesting Pedro to be sent back out to my home. I recommend Air Dynasty to any and everyone! 👍🏾👍🏾

Most professional AC company I've ever used. Jax our technician was professional, answered every question we had, and resolved our issue quickly. This will be the last AC company we use as they have certainly earned our trust. Jax was fantastic and a true asset to the company.

Mark was quick, friendly, thorough, and professional when conducting the maintenance we scheduled. It’s been a few years since we bought the system and he took the time to explain the details of our system, some potential upgrades, and advised how to properly maintain it.

Had a great experience with Air Dynasty in replacing my Air Condenser. Tech Pedro and Supervisor John were on time and explained all details incredibly well. They recommended additional items for limited cost to help the unit over time and also scheduled a same day install. A helpful and honest company that I highly recommend.

Referred to this company by my home warranty. Tried to charge me almost $3K in “uncovered upgrades.” No paperwork was provided either. Tried to sell me a whole new furnace. Second company came out and told me it’s just a simple motor replacement. Checked this company’s yelp rating and I’m not surprised it’s only a 1.5. Only positive thing I can say is the tech was polite if maybe a little pushy about getting a good review online. I do not recommend.
